Room was clean but the hotel was old. Maybe it had been updated at one time but it’s over the hill now. We did get a good nights sleep but I would look for a newer hotel and that would probably be a higher price.

The hotel was serviceable, and for the price, you get what you pay for. It was advertised as having a pool and hot tub which was required for our trip. The pool was closed and there is no hot tub. I wouldn’t book again. Hotels.com did nothing but tell me they don’t run the hotel…obviously. I won’t use the booking site again either. They don’t care about making sure their listings are accurate.

Their system for recording occupants in rooms was down and we were given acces to an occupied room. We were then told they could not guarantee no one would enter our room.

The biggest thing that I didn't like,was breakfast was supposed to be from 6 - 9 and I went down Saturday morning and it wasn't ready. I had to leave at 7 15 and they just started putting it out

We were traveling and wanted to stop for the night, we did not have reservations. I popped into Hotels.com and literally made the reservation 5 minutes before arriving at the hotel. The lobby was clean, the hostess very friendly and our room was beautiful, clean, comfortable bed and pillows.

The weekend stay was fine .I was disappointed because there is NOT a hot tub,but everything went well other than that.

The rooms were very nice and comfy. Our disappointment came from no hot tub when we were told they had one and the breakfast was horrible. Waffles taste spoiled sausage was burnt and the staff was putting things away even though there was 20 more minutes of breakfast. Will not stay there again. Always had great experience with Expedia motels but was very disappointed at this one.

I liked having a fence around the property to help keep our vehicles secure. The breakfast was good, hotel was clean and smelled good. Pool water was sparkly and clean and well maintained around the pool although there were only 4 lounge chairs. It is a quiet hotel convenient to I-24, Broad, and Market but not activities. I would definitely stay there again.

Our air conditioner never properly cooled our room. Also, the first room assigned to us had a broken toilet. They quickly moved us to another room.

Our room had a chemical smell that wouldn’t go away. We told the front desk and they said it was from housekeeping cleaning the room, but the smell stayed our entire stay. The front desk was rude anytime we we spoke them. The price was decent but we didn’t like the area. We won’t be saying here again.

The room had a big hole in the carpet the lamps weren't plugged in so it was dark the fridge wasn't very cold the chair at the desk looked like it would fall over of you breathed on it wrong the shower head fell off and hit my friend in the back but the ladies at the front desk were nice

It's a decent hotel for an affordable price. The breakfast was good. There's a pool, but we didn't have the time to enjoy it. It was a quick overnight trip.

The surrounding around did not provide the feeling of a tourist area. The carpet in the rooms need to undergo a deep cleaning as well as the elevator that held a sour odor. The staff was nice and welcoming and the hotel location was only minutes away from our destination.

The room and breakfast area was clean. The hallways and elevator smelled off old mold or mildew. It’s an older hotel for sure. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable.

The bathrooms are pretty dated which would be fine except it was a little grungy. The shower “curtain” did very little to keep water in the tub and turned the whole bathroom into a slip n slide and the rooms are not allotted enough towels to combat that. The shower head has two pressure settings: stabby and spit on me uwu.
The AC unit is a joke. It was 85 in our room at midnight and that was the coolest it got.
I will say however, the staff was fantastic. They were definitely the best quality of the stay. The front desk lady was amazingly kind and attentive and the breakfast never ran out of items until breakfast had finished. If you’re looking for a quick cheap place to sleep in a decent neighborhood it’s fine.

Good food choices for breakfast. Had car trouble and was able to stay in same room gor extra night n late check out. Super friendly staff, took extra care of our dogs
