The room was nice for our stay, but one of our beds had a dip in the middle of it that made it difficult to get comfortable overnight.
If you are a late sleeper, I would recommend skipping the pre-paid breakfast on a weekday, as they are short staffed, and it is a cook to order restaurant, and it may cut close on check out time.
Location is right off the freeway and easily accessible.

Restaurant service was slow and took a while to get our breakfast.

I booked this room for my mother and the front desk staff first refused her over a debit card issue. They never called me to correct it. I had to physically go down and correct the issue which could have been easily done over the phone or through the app. When I arrived they reluctantly halped me. After I was finally able to check my mother in the rokm.was dongy, the carpet was coming up in the ce ter of the room, the hallways had unlevel floors. It was a bare bones room just a step avove a homelessness shelter.

Outside when I left this morning homeless man sitting on bench in parking lot. It was 5am dark and he was pacing around. I felt unsafe. I’m sorry for the huge homeless population that is not your issue but they should not be hanging in the place hotel guests park.

I forgot to lock my vehicle one night and some loser got in it apparently looking for change. No damage done, but a valuable lesson to me to lock my car!

The only thing I was surprised about was that there wasn’t a complimentary breakfast.
I had just stayed in Long Beach Ca two nights before at holiday inn. They offered it.

Only thing my sister and I didn’t like was the lack of a dedicated exhaust fan in the bathroom and no usb ports. We were told the exhaust fan was one central fan connected to all rooms. Bad idea people. It doesn’t cut it.

The room was cleaned and the hotel was in a quiet area. Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. The only con is they dont have continental breakfast. Customers have to pay $16 for breakfast.

Thank you to the house keeping manager for helping me get a personalized blanket that was left behind after check out. We only stayed there one night but enjoyed the pool and cleanliness of our room.

The check-in had a friendly staff, and the dining area server was very good at his job. He had a ton of tables an was very communicative and on top of everyone. The food was just ok but the service was over the top.

The property was nice, however we did see a dead roach outside the elevators on the third floor. The ice machine was a bit dirty. The items did get cleaned up, but properly spraying the property bugs shouldn’t appear, especially inside the hotel.
