We had a 1st floor room because we had our dog with us. The hallway smelled of vomit and weed. The tub had spiders in it. There were big hole in the walls where they had been working something and had not finished the job. Their staff during check in were very nice and professional during check in.

Checked in late night confirmed reservations. Room dirty, wouldnt accept our aarp discount because of booking through expedia. Sink drains slow. Bathtub leaking from underneath on floor. Water dripping sound in walls next to bed.

There aren’t enough electrical sockets in the room.Hair all over the bathroom floor and shower walls.VERY QUIET at night!!Key Card kept malfunctioning so we were at the desk several times.Cut off time for breakfast was too early.

Liked the property cleanliness, breakfast, and great location. Didn't like that those who smoked were going out the end of the hall with unlocked door for smokers all hours of the day and all night long slamming the door, which was right next to my room, didn't get much sleep the three nights I was there.

Decent place to stay for the evening. River view room but a lot of train horns and sirens come morning. Room was pretty clean. Nothing horrible to say about it.

Check in was weird. I booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. I was asked for my ID, a credit card and told my room number. Only one room. When I said we had 2 rooms, I was told that they needed the ID of the other room adult, then the card again. Why? When you know that I reserved and prepaid for both rooms, in my name, with my credit card, did you not mention the other room? Just tried sending us on our way. It was just weird. One of the rooms smelled like dog. The other was a musty smell. Neither had the air turned on when we arrived. This was likely part of the problem, with no air circulation. It took forever for the room to cool down. A few of the kids said they slept well, the bed was comfy. The pool was a bit too cold for my liking, but our daughter enjoyed it. The breakfast was okay, not great. The breakfast attendant was pretty great. She was very quick to clean tables for the next guests to come in and sit and attentive to assuring any food was replenished quickly. The check out staff were friendly and expedient.

The room had a bad odor like a dog odor. The AC wasnt regulated. Either freezing cold or off.

Food service not good. No coffee in room. Instant coffee at breakfast. no eggs. No milk cartons, just pitchers. one flavor of tea. Nothing to stay for

There was a fabulous BBQ restaurant right outside the hotel. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Room clean. Breakfast good. Staff helpful and friendly.

Good hotel room, polite staff, downtown location. Some lights were too bright. Could not get network TV channels, just cable.

Very clean and comfortable. The area is a little sketchy - people hanging in parking lot ect. But I really had no problems.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The free breakfast was very nice.

So here are the things that matter to me when choosing a hotel Breakfast - They have alternating days of either sausage links/egg paties or biscuits and gravy. Every day they also have cereal, oatmeal packs, bread slices, mini muffins, yogurt & a waffle maker. They offer coffee, milk, water, apple & orange juice to drink. Staff - extremely helpful and friendly A+++ Room - Room was very clean but a little dated. Beds/pillows were above average but nothing special. 32" tv probably an original lcd, definitely older. Shower had excellent hot water but low water pressure. AC worked great. Ice box in the mini fridge needed defrosting but the fridge worked great. Internet worked well. Pool - I didn’t use it but it was open and families were using it Area around hotel - Bbq restaurant shares the parking lot, excellent food. Boarded up hotel next door Overall it was a good experience, would definitely stay again. Especially considering it was only $75 per night.

Place was ok, room was clean but we noticed ants in the morning inside under the window. Breakfast was ok.

Basic, no frills, economy hotel in fair condition. Several minor issues with both the rooms we stayed in but nothing that we couldn’t look past for the two nights we were there. It met our needs but most likely would not stay there again.
