Nice place with friendly staff and a decent breakfast (for this hotel standard). Overall nice property and rooms - but rooms are becoming dated and soon in need of a refurb.

Asked for a blanket because it was cold and was told they only have sheets all the blankets had been given out. Also there was 2 baby roaches running across the wall I had to kill. And whatever that top sheet was it was hard looked like an old heater sheet it had a bunch of clumps

The front desk staff was so kind and amazing. Room was mostly clean (floor in bathroom left feet dirty) and it was slightly dated but coming from a nightmare airbnb to be able to book night of,drive over and have a safe and clean hotel with friendly staff was everything.

Fantastic Hotel for the Price point. The staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and functional. And reasonably quiet from outside traffic. Would definitely stay there again.

I stay at this location each time I am there for work (approximately 3 weeks out of each year). It is convenient, in a nice area with great food options nearby. In particular, Evelyn, who works the front desk, is wonderful. Each time I come, she makes me feel like I am a friend, not just a guest.

WiFi wasn’t working, the hotel building is really old so no elevator, my feet were black from the dirty carpet. I couldn’t believe it! I won’t be returning

Nice with 2 separate bedrooms very roomy! Had a noise that we told the front desk about and nothing was done about it. The dishwasher had garbage in it and a rusty piece broken off inside.

Good property , close to LAX and 405….less than 5 minutes to Manhattan beach, only issue is no elevator property, breakfast was good (not crazy about paying for parking, but the team is really good and we stayed for 5 days and it was good (we just went and changed out our towels daily and all was good)

Safe & quiet property. 1 hour drive to Hollywood, DTLA, Universal. Staff were friendly for the most part. Breakfast wasn’t amazing but it saved us some money. Overall, would come back.

Unsafe, dirty, old. Clearly old apartment style housing turned into hotel rooms. The location was unsafe and a guard was walking the premise when we arrived (not a good sign). The building was old, with old carpet, scratched paint, and thin flimsy doors and walls. We were on the back side of the building which was even more unsafe as it bordered a light rail bridge. We feared for the safety or our vehicle and moved the car to the front door. We did not feel safe and would not recommend this property to anyone who is not used to inner city living conditions. The reviews are NOT an accurate reflection of the property. Tried to find something safe near LAX but not too close as I had been told the area near LAX is not safe. This listed manhattan beach so thought it would be good, not so. If looking for something near LAX for a large family you would be better to get 2 rooms at a place near LAX on century but west of the 405.
