We enjoy the pool and breakfast. We also appreciate the use of the breakfast room to sit with visitors in the evening.

Beautiful property

Overpriced ripoff. Extremely dilapidated property. Rooms face a pool - 1980s style - and there is partygoers till 10. This is unacceptable. No shower curtain in bathroom. Beds, sheets and pillows so bad didn’t sleep all night. Would rather camp outside.

Staff was amazing! Wonderful breakfast, inviting pool, and comfortable rooms. My granddaughters love going there for their birthday getaways!

Excellent stay in Moscow

Nice people and good food

It seems that the pool could have been kept up better. We found earrings on the bottom of the pool. Of course, we found them by being stabbed in the foot by the earring. Our room had a funky smell, and so did our relative's room. Great customer service, awesome breakfast choices and breakfast workers were lovely and helpful.

It is an older hotel but well taken care of. Nice people working there. Breakfast was sufficient, pool and hot tub area was clean.

Bath water was yellow. It was quiet until a person checked in next door. The walls must be thin because I could hear them talking loudly and coughing. They stayed up until 11:00 ish and then it was quiet. Staff was nice.

Older property very well maintained. Concrete construction makes the rooms quieter than almost any hotel but still nice. Very close to U of I and a short drive to WSU.

We loved staying in this hotel, we only spend one night but we surely enjoyed swimming in the pool and breakfast was really awesome.hoghly recomended . Staff are so nice and hard working. We had a good sleep after long drive from Vancouver BC Canada. Great place to stop by passing through going to Yellowstone national park.

The king beds are horrible

The overall property is nice. The breakfast was ok. I've had much better at other Best Westerns, but I've also had worse, so an ok rating is fair. The facilities are decent. My two biggest complaints were the toilets are low flow, and clog just by going number 1. But, my biggest complaint was the fact that we chose this property specifically for the pool. At check in, the front desk agent even made a point to tell us the pool opened at 8am, so we could get a morning swim in before checkout. Unfortunately, the next morning is when they decided to close the pool the entire morning for cleaning. It was a busy Saturday night, and over 100 degrees outside, so the pool did get a lot of use. However, common sense should have dictated that you clean the pool during the 10 hours it's closed, not shut it down right at opening time for the rest of the morning. They should have added the chlorine at night, and turned on the automatic pool cleaner to run all night, but instead, didn't even start cleaning until opening time. It was a bad decision on their part, and it prevents me from giving a higher rating. Other than that, it is a decent place.

Great breakfast

Nice place to stay if you're in the area. Really comfortable beds. Great restaurant and bar on site. Nice showers, even if they are a little outdated. Only thing that could make it nicer would be the Golf Channel on the TV.

Customer service on point, loved the use the shuttle used it multiple times. The food was great with variety of options. Rooms were clean and spacious.
