Room was very clean and comfortable. Congenial staff. We enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant and the pool.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It has the best location with many amazing restaurants within the walking distance.

Tried to go to the bar restaurant twice, first time the bartender was missing, The second time she was rude. Upon check in was told it was open until 10 pm. It was closed by 9 apparently. Also a rodent running around in the lobby was not great.

The experience started nice with a helpful front desk representative. When we went into our room it was 80 degrees and the A/C was running non stop with warm air. We adjusted the thermostat as best as we could and left the hotel. We came back 3 hrs later and the room was now 82 degrees. I called front desk and was advised the A/C runs via a boiler and the only way to cool the room is to open the window. Now, keep in mind there are notations around the window that the window does not open for our safety. After battling the painted closed window we were able to "open" the window, about 1-2 inches. It did nothing to help with the heat. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. The restaurant was under construction so we were placed in a small, awkward room. There were no workers in the room so we waited almost 15 min just to get drinks. The food was not good. It was a paid breakfast, not a free continental. Totally not worth it. The hotel seems to be getting some upgrades. However the staff need better hospitality training,and the A/C needs replacement.

We stayed at the hotel because it was in walking distance of our concert venue. However, I was awakened multiple times during the night by another guest constantly trying to use their room key on my door. I ended up having to confront her in order to get her to stop. The noise from nearby rooms and other guests on my floor was equally as loud. Lastly, my room was 76 degrees, and the thermostat couldn't be adjusted, so I had to turn on the A/C to try to combat the heat. I didn't get any sleep at all during my stay and ended up checking out earlier than planned just to get home so I could rest.

The one issue I had was a coupe doors down there was a group of people celebrating a birthday party in the hallway and was very loud in the hallway and in their rooms.

Everything was very good, breakfast was excellent.

The safety and quietness was DEFINETLY not there. I did not sleep at all due to a domestic violence issue in the room next door which the police DEFINATELY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED ABOUT!!!!!!!!!!!! Next time I will just take that upon myself to do that instead of going to staff of this property.

Was good but room floor had trash on it and there was hair in the sink.

The room was 80°F when I checked in, with the aircon in the on position and the fan running, had to turn it off and crack the window for the room to be a livable temperature. Was told that the hotel does not have a dual system so only the heat or air in the entire place could be on. Every inch of the hotel was boiling. If you need ADA compliance in any form, inform the hotel because the room I was given was listed as ADA compliant (I don't need ADA so it was fine for me personally) but there were many things that were inaccessible. Furniture in the way of the entry and blocking the pathway around the entire bed, light fixtures inaccessible from the bed, handsoap mounted to the wall at the back of the sink.

Enjoyed my stay . The room was cleaned & considerably.

The room we booked was for 6 and the sleeper sofa had no sheets and none were provided in the room. We had to wait an extended period of time for them after calling multiple times. They finally bring sheets and the covers have large holes in them. It was disgusting.

We have stayed here a couple times and are impressed with the room and comfort we had. It is close proximity to the arena where we go for a Black Bears game. Would highly recommend

Why they advertise/what they mean by "room service". I Booked this hotel because I thoungt they will bring breakfast/ dinner to the room. However, it is a good choice.

I stay here when in Binghamton overnight. They couldn't produce a room key due to IT issues, the remote in my room didn't work and had to be replaced and the bar/restaurant was undergoing renovations, which is great. The room they set up to take it's place was incredibly lame.

Excellent customer service from front desk ladies. Very accommodating for me with early check in & late check out. Room could be cleaner. Dirt on floor and towels stained. Toilet seemed very old and not cleaned well for a long time. Good quality toiletries provided.

The desk clerk went out of her way to make sure we were placed in a room near my sister whi was solo in her room. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and delicious.

Nice view from the upper floors. Pretty sure I caught a glimpse of a turtle in the river. A lot of the younger set in town on a weekend, but still places for old farts to hang out. Overall, would stay again. Though, it would be nice if the pool was 6-11...

The location was good. But they gave us a key to a room That was already occupied. They fixed the problem quickly but very non excited about the mistake. Either way it was a fine stay overall.

Nice Hotel

Reserved & Pre-paid for a King size bed but was informed upon check-in that they only had Queen size available. Still have not received credit for price difference.

Stayed at this hotel for my son’s family weekend for college. Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. Hotel room was clean. Oatmeal raisin cookies were the BEST 😜. Walkable distance to doing a little night life activity and only a five minute drive to Binghamton university. The only slight down fall is that the immediate parking lot is small, I did see a parking garage across the way, but not sure what that entails or if you would have to pay. The walls of the hotel were very thin as I could hear each time my neighbors would turn their water off and on, the pipes sounded like they were running through my room. But I am overall happy with our stay and will most likely choose to come back for our next visit.
