We visited Puyallup and reserved the suite at this hotel. I have no complaints. It was very roomy, and came with everything that I would expect. Also, the included breakfast was better than I expected. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

They had floor construction in the lobby. cones were spread all over. very hard to navigate with the room equipment transport cart. Room didn't have mot pad that I am used to in other best western plus Hotels.

The staff was extremely helpful and caring for our family who were there because of the death of a close family member. I highly recommend this hotel. Also the breakfast there is amazing. We will be back.

We got the first floor. It was close to the dining room and the parking lot. They had multiple entrances so you didn’t have to go through the front every time. They kept it secure by having to use your room key to access the hotel.

We were impressed by the staff...very friendly. The lobby was nice and dining area spacious. Everything was very clean. The room was quaint and clean. The fridge and microwave are nice to have in the room too. Its close to everything as well. Definitely will stay here again!!

Felt something biting my leg around 12am at night when we got to the room for the night and found a bed bug on the floor and by 5am me and my girlfriend wake up to a bed bug next to our faces . When I went to make coffee there was someone’s hair in the part you pour water into and then we went to take a shower after and the shower head was covered in greenish meldew and it just felt gross knowing all the bacteria growing inside it . After that we decided we didn’t wanna touch the bed or furniture we just ended up checking out at 6am really tired

One of the better Best Westerns I’ve stayed at. The hallways were under construction, so I’m hoping that was the cause of the room being a little “dusty”. Bathroom was way too small. Otherwise, everything was great and the staff were wonderful.

This has to be the BEST Best Western hotel that I've stayed in; the staff were wonderful AND the free breakfast was AMAZING! If I'm ever in Puyallup again, I will definitely stay there!

Our stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The hotel seems to misunderstand what "pet-friendly". We initially booked a suite, which was a spacious room, but it had an overwhelming odor of animal urine. The hotel couldn't offer us another room, so four of us ended up sharing a single King bedroom. Although this room was somewhat cleaner, it still had a noticeable animal smell. The breakfast was below average, with overly salty eggs. Having stayed at several BW hotels on the West Coast, this one ranks at the bottom of my list. The saving grace of this place was the staff—they were exceptionally helpful and genuinely tried their best to improve our stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Overall, a great place for an overnight stay.

Front desk guy was very welcoming, Staff always make sure breakfast is hot and refilled till last minute with an always smile. Hotel is clean they are remodeling but didn’t feel it to be honest, no noise which is very good.

Only complaint the hot/ warm water in sink and shower it takes forever to warm up thats if even it did sometimes it will remain cold.

They were under construction and not all the amenities were available including the pool. I understand that these upgrades needed to be done but the biggest reason why we chose to stay there was because it had a pool and at the time of booking they failed to mention that it would be closed. I expressed my frustration to the staff and I was pretty much told tough sh*t not our problem and next time book directly through the hotel not with Expedia. Not worth the money we paid to stay there, not even close. Very disappointed will not stay there again.

It was nice to have a Dennys across the parking lot. Hotel lobby and pool was closed but no mention of this when booking. We liked the lobby bar last time we were there. A large truck/trailer was unattended in parkung lot and alarm went off all during our dinner and still going off when we went to bed. I asked the front desk to call thenpolice to find out who it belonged to. Alarm went off all night and bothered the guests across the hall from us too. Really unacceptable that nothing was done about it.
