Ok place for an extended stay facility. Wish had more that one time houskeeping out of 14 night stay.
Also Wifi is horrible. If lucky you can get 5mb

The people upstairs were very loud with their sexual exploits, lots of bed squeaking, loud walking, dragging chairs around space. They went late into the night and made it difficult to sleep.

The mattress cover had food stains on it. Staff came right away to change all bedding since rooms were sold out. Staff said they would try to comp part of room price but did not.

Basic and tidy, but could not cover the smell of stale cigarette, perfume and urine. The fridge and ac running in the room was too noisy to sleep well. Bring your own pillows, or just avoid this place if you want a peaceful and comfortable night.

Did not like anything. Sheets were dirty on check in and I had to ask for clean sheets and make her bed myself

Our flight delayed, upon arrival the office was cloesed we slept in our cars until morning, we were refunded the night but it not about the money, we need to shower and relax cause it was an all day flight. Then we were told that we only got towels and sheets changed once a week, the room was never cleaned or toilets or bath cleaned. We ask es for the change of towels which was given only if we took back to office.

Even though we reserve a non-smoking room, the room had a really strong tobacco smell and we were not able to sleep at all, we had to move out to a different hotel and the front desk was never on site to make the complaint.

Shower curtain was smelly after two weeks. The floor was dirty and dusty. You can't walk on it bare foot. The room have oven and microwave but no kitchen utensils. No kettle or cups for cuppa. You find your own so weird. Its not appropriate for oversea tourist.

Very convenient location and very clean, but we did have some problems. The biggest being that all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but our room nearly knocked us over with the stench of smoke when we arrived. Additionally, for a site that prides itself on having suites with kitchenettes, there’s not a single pot, pan, plate, bowl, or utensil in sight.

I do not recommend this place with kids especially! Very dirty bathroom had hair and dirt in the shower and urine all over the toilet. The hallways smelled like urine to the stairs. I felt very uncomfortable and also not safe. Ruined my sleep and relaxing weekend.

Property was fine for the rate but the beds suck, floors were kinda dirty and one of the pillow cases had a drop of what looked like blood on them. It was a little noisy but nothing horrible. Over all, we had a decent stay and the staff was friendly.
