I recently stayed at this hotel. The location was great, and the staff were friendly. However, there were a couple of issues. First, they charge a $30 minimum fee for early check-ins, even if it's just an hour before the standard time. This was posted at the front desk, but I was surprised by the charge. I arrived from a hotel in Miami that allowed a late checkout for no extra fee. I was hoping to time my arrival so I could check in at 2pm if a room was available.
Also, the elevator was out of service, and despite asking for help with my luggage, no one was available to assist.

It was a basic experience. The corridor carpet was dirty and had a bad smell. Luckily the room smelt better and was cleaned daily. Breakfast was very basic and uninteresting. The lift was out of service for the duration of our stay so we had to use the stairs, which was in a poor state. The staff were pleasant and helpful though.

The hotel itself was fine. But at check in ,there was a sign on counter that the elevator was not working. We are older, in our 70's with health issues,knees,back, etc., and having to navigate stairs was not good. We should have been told upon booking about elevator situation and would have chosen a different hotel.

First off i want say it the worst hotel I have stayed at the hotel it dirty the carpet was very smelly it going under construction if I had not had a meeting to go earlier morning I would change my hotel by all the stuff was amazing they helped alone with things I asked them for people hanging in front of the building smoking drinking you would think for it to be an nice area as coral Springs you would think it would be up scale it was not at all the area was a pretty amazing area just this hotel in particular was not it at all
I promise me nor my wife will not be going back also to mind the rust on the light stand

It’s an old(er) property. It is well maintained. Small(ish) rooms and the hot water in shower is slow to arrive. Elevator is out of order for last month and expected to be for another 2-3 months. Only 3 floors here, though.

Was not elevators for more than 2 month and they don’t said nathing about that .Expedia has a price in the page and when I went to paid was completely different more high..my husband had a problems with his knee and we had to go 4 floors to get the rooms .the shower 🚿 is terrible and not hot water.you have to wait more 30 minutes to get a shower and wow not hot at all .

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place. It was absolutely disgusting. The lobby was damp and sticky. The elevator was broken, and from reading the rest of the reviews has been for months The room smell like wet dog and dirty feet sheets were dirty. All the appliances were rusted and outdated bathrooms and sink area was full of soap scum. The shower head was literally dripping mold from the shower, went to the front desk the day of check-in and complained. They said that they would send the manager over never did came to the desk the second day and asked for a refund and to cancel my trip, but since I stayed the one night, I could not cancel they said that they would not do anything about the room or refund because it was third-party maid service never came to my room for the three days. I was there absolutely a train wreck there. I would never recommend this place again. I am exiting La Quinta off my list of hotels to ever stay again it

Elevator wasn't working and they told me I should've came earlier to get a first floor reservation. Sorry I can't control when my plane lands. Also told me they can cancel I can find another place. It was 1:30am. I was very frustrated at the service and then a first floor room magically appeared. Rooms smelled like a swamp and it was humid in the rooms.

I was VERY disappointed , as the elevator was not working and I had 2 big bulky bags for a hockey competition and had to carry them EVERYDAY up and down. I was charged for early check in for 2 hours . I tried to talk to the hotel manager to ask for a justifiable waiver, but she was never in the hotel.

The door knob to balcony was broken. The air conditioner made a scratching noise. The hotel was worn down with ripped wallpaper and stained carpets. The room cleaning was inconsistent and we were left with no toilet paper. Breakfast was good but the shower was moldy and disgusting. We have friends in the area and will not stay here again.

First off, they tried charging me 30 dollars to check in 25 minutes earlier and that after he just told me the elevator was broken. Room was not updated, mattress was uncomfortable.
