It was a basic experience. The corridor carpet was dirty and had a bad smell. Luckily the room smelt better and was cleaned daily. Breakfast was very basic and uninteresting. The lift was out of service for the duration of our stay so we had to use the stairs, which was in a poor state. The staff were pleasant and helpful though.

Overall great location with plenty of places to walk to, felt safe with my family and had no issues. The elevator is still out of service but not a huge deal. Staff was very friendly , hotel just needs some updating . Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel itself was fine. But at check in ,there was a sign on counter that the elevator was not working. We are older, in our 70's with health issues,knees,back, etc., and having to navigate stairs was not good. We should have been told upon booking about elevator situation and would have chosen a different hotel.

First off i want say it the worst hotel I have stayed at the hotel it dirty the carpet was very smelly it going under construction if I had not had a meeting to go earlier morning I would change my hotel by all the stuff was amazing they helped alone with things I asked them for people hanging in front of the building smoking drinking you would think for it to be an nice area as coral Springs you would think it would be up scale it was not at all the area was a pretty amazing area just this hotel in particular was not it at all
I promise me nor my wife will not be going back also to mind the rust on the light stand

Wish I knew that the elevator was out of service and will be for a long time, and trying to put my family on the forth floor. Luckily the front desk was able to get us onto the second floor, other than that it was great, but would of never made reservations to this place

Elevator wasn't working for the duration of our stay, and the breakfast was the same every morning, and wasn't that great.
The property was clean, however there was a very bad musky smell on the floor we stayed on, and everything is quite old and dated. If this property had a makeover it would go along way to enhance the experience of staying there.

I was VERY disappointed , as the elevator was not working and I had 2 big bulky bags for a hockey competition and had to carry them EVERYDAY up and down. I was charged for early check in for 2 hours . I tried to talk to the hotel manager to ask for a justifiable waiver, but she was never in the hotel.

The door knob to balcony was broken. The air conditioner made a scratching noise. The hotel was worn down with ripped wallpaper and stained carpets. The room cleaning was inconsistent and we were left with no toilet paper. Breakfast was good but the shower was moldy and disgusting. We have friends in the area and will not stay here again.

The first thing I noticed was the big sign saying the elevator was under repair. I was offered a room on the 4th floor but asked to be moved. I was then given a ground-floor room. However, the room was uninhabitable due to a pungent smell resembling wet dog, feet, and an excessive amount of air freshener. I went back to the attendant, who apologized, made a note of it, and proceeded to give me keys to my 4th-floor room. After dragging my three bags upstairs, I took a shower and went to bed, but soon noticed the loud TV from one of the adjacent rooms. I shrugged it off since it wasn’t that late, and I was so tired that it didn’t matter. However, the noise continued at 4 AM. I called the front desk and asked if they could do something about it. The attendant said she would check on it. When I called back at 5:45 AM, she said she got no answer from the room and that there wasn’t much she could do at that point. I got out of bed at 6:30, packed my things, and checked out, despite having a two-night reservation.

The elevator was broken so we were on the first floor by the laundry room. Very noisy. The smoke alarm was flashing bright all night. Either the sprinklers were hitting the windows all night or the drain from the above floors ac units dripping on the windows.

First off, they tried charging me 30 dollars to check in 25 minutes earlier and that after he just told me the elevator was broken. Room was not updated, mattress was uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean neat.the elevator was not in service but all the hotel was very clean and smell very clean and nice the management and staff always greeted and checked if we needed anything. We definitely want to come back to this hotel.and will recommend to family and friend to stay here for any vacations

I was told at check-in that the elevators weren't working and then i was given the option to stay or leave. I wasn't going to leave because I'd just gotten into town from a 10 hours drive. I was put on the 3rd floor and gad to carry all of my luggage up and down the stairs. Then the room that i was given had mold in it. Needless to say, this was not a good stay at all. I was very disappointed because my husband and i stayed at this hotel 2 years prior for our wedding and we just wanted to go back there for our anniversary. Very disappointed 😞
