Great place to stay delicious food

when l was arrived nobody can help me with my luggage l waiting 40 minutes nobody show up and l have to take myself my luggage ....look very bad service

guayaquil is a beautiful city even with the recent safety issues in the city Unipark hotel is very safe for people from other countries..keep up the good work

The Staff was attentive and friendly. The Lobby, Bar and Restaurant was amazingly beautiful and clean. The gym had an attendant. It was all five star all the way.

This is our 4th time staying at Unipark. It’s in front of the Seminario Park, next to the Cathedral, close to the Malencon. We feel welcome, safe, and pampered. The staff is amazing, specially Cesar who will always makes you feel welcome. The breakfast buffet is delicious and satisfying. The rooms are always exceptional clean. You won’t regret to come to Unipark.

I showed up for the reservation at unipark hotel, which i chose specifically for my birthday, and because of its LOCATION. Instead of contacting me to ASK or allow me to make other arrangements, i was told ON ARRIVAL i was not getting a room in unipark hotel! I was sent to a different Oro Verde hotel in an absolutely awful location, for me. I had no comfort at this location, nowhere to go, the malecon was a 25 minute walk instead of 3 blocks. No alternative restaurants, only high priced hotel. I dont blame anyone at this alternative location, staff was lovely, but i could not be more unhappy or upset by this move! I HATED the location of this hotel, i was given NO choice, it RUINED MY BIRTHDAY. I have wanted to stay at UNIPARK hotel for over TWO YEARS, i booked well in advance. I am FURIOUS about this switch. I had to walk WITH my baggage for 25 minutes to get to the malecon the next day after check out instead of being 3 minutes away and going after check in. I dont think i will ever ttust this hotel booking again, and certainly plan to have an alternative in mind if i did make the mistake of trying again. Very very unhappy 🙁 ☹️ 😔

The hotel is located at city center, close to the Malecón and in a very busy area during the day, but when business hours ends is like a ghost town, I don’t feel comfortable to go outside at all, but the worst part is the hotel has 2 tower A & B, happen that my room was located in tower B and in order to go to my room I have to cross the inside mall that is located in the middle of the 2 towers with all my suitcases and again don’t feel comfortable with this situation. and again when the mall close if you need to go out for any reason to have to cross the mall and inside is very dark, empty everything is closed and with no security at all. I don’t recommend this hotel at all, it has a lot security gaps for us tourist. Rooms are nice and spacious and employees are very attentive but out of that this hotel is a huge no for me.

The staff was really great especially with getting us to and from the airport. Check in was easy and convenient. Hotel buffet breakfast was good and had a great selection of both traditional Ecuadorian foods as well as international offerings.
