It’s a satisfactory hotel. The breakfast was fine; it’s in a good location.
However, the walls are so thin you can hear the neighbouring rooms. Especially loud are the people above. We heard every word and every step at 6 am.

A bit of a tired facility, but in a convenient location, clean, safe with easy parking, very helpful and friendly staff and a great breakfast. Although the mattress and pillows were not too shelf, they were reasonable, clean, and staff provided us with extra pillows. The price of hotels nowadays is so high, but this was a good value for our travels through the area.

I just finished a 4-night stay here, and it was wonderful! The room was spacious and clean. All expected amenities were provided. The bed was comfortable and low (I am not a fan of high beds that you have to climb up on). Breakfast was great! They had the best scrambled eggs I've ever had at a hotel breakfast.

The hotel was a wonderful place to return to after a busy day out.It was quiet, well equipped. The included breakfast was a wonderful surprise, so many choices with a different freshly made menu each day. The pool was a nice way to relax. We would stay there again.

A good value for the price, but rooms were dirty more specifically the floors (stuff around the tv stand) and sheets were stained. The tv stand door was broken at the bottom. Breakfast was decent.

Really disappointed in the check in process, as well as our room. The receptionist was very rude and impatient with my girlfriend, when she tried to check us in. She was basically sent away until I called and confirmed it was ok. Then we interacted with the same woman a couple other times and were treated similarly. Also, the carpet in our room was very dirty, and our room smelled like urine.

Nice motel that was easy to get to. Only downfall was that a truckstop is across the road. The interior of the motel was great, quiet and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel was very dirty, outdated, smelled, dark, and uninviting. The pictures on Expedia made it look like the perfect place to stay with our young children while we were on vacation to Silverwood. The hotel TV did not work, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and did not feel safe at all.

There was not one spot in the entire room that was level - the dresser was leaning heavily toward the bed, the border of the coat/hanger “closet” area was badly bowed in an effort to “make it work”. The bathtub had evidence of a prior stay and when we were given our room our door was already ajar. The outside of the building appeared to be sitting on sinking ground. After a long day of travel it was quite disappointing. Room 118 needs to be taken out of your rotation.

The rooms were not very clean, especially the tubs and toilets. Bathrooms were EXTREMELY small, so of anyone is a bigger person they would struggle to even shut the door. The area is a bit sketchy and not in the best part of town. Check in took 30min. The breakfast was decent, but there is limited seating to eat. We will definitely not be staying here again.

The property is directly across the road from The Pilot Flying J Truck stop, and I had never stayed At a SureStay Plus Hotel before, so I was a little apprehensive to say the least. I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean the facility was, the room was also very clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this place !

The shower was a joke. No way to stop water from getting everywhere. Multiple items were not plugged into an outlet (microwave and light). It’s definitely a 2 star hotel. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was decent.

The staff was great. The 3 rooms we had to switch through all had issues. 1st room was dirty and things were broken, 2nd room was dirty and the safe was not working. 3rd room was better but needed a bit more time cleaning as well. Dust, dirt in sink corners and floors. But the staf all did there best to fix issues.

The staff were great, pool was nice for the kids, easy to find close to the freeway, breakfast was ok when scrambled eggs available but the days they did omelettes they were like cardboard. Our room had a strong odour of urine but otherwise was relatively clean. I would have asked to switch rooms but we wanted to stay close to the others we travelled with. A/C worked great in the room.
