The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, but it had a musty smell and some areas of the carpeted floor were wet. Maybe they had recently cleaned the carpet, but it was not completely dry and the mirrors would fog over when the vent wasn't running in the bathroom. There was also a peach pit behind the door that was there when we got there. Breakfast area was clean and food was good. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The front desk staff were great.

Later breakfast time would be appreciated (until 9:30am, instead of 9); no mention of pool or hours open; no late check out available. Staff didn't seem friendly until approached at the front desk. Clean and decent property overall; easy to find and good location.

The staff was very professional which is always a plus when traveling

one best hotels, personnel stuff very good, delicious breakfast, lots to choose, coffe 24hrs, rooms very clean, only concern kids above 2nd level, runníng jumping, very annoying, next time will choose room in upper level, other than this everything just perfect

it was a nice 2 night stay for us going to Silverwood.Good place because we are in the middle of Couer d' alene and Spokane not too far from Athol. Cheaper than others, Quiet and clean. But not until I moved the fridge because it was tilted and found out all the dried noodles and mess underneath. But all in all, it was a nice stay for us. Breakfast was good. They got pancakes, sausage, eggs and other breakfast goodies. Friendly staff. I do recommend it.

Beds were comfortable; room smelled vaguely of kitty litter… breakfast was standard cheap fare: waffle maker, powdered eggs and low grade sausage links. Decent place though for a quick layover.

The rooms smell bad and there was no toilet paper in the room! Staff wasn’t to nice!

Nice hot tub and pool - available 24 hours, with no kids after 10 pm. Walking/biking trail access near the hotel. Breakfast selections were good, but the breakfast area was super crowded on this Thursday morning, and there were long lines to get food and get a table. Overall good value for the price.

the bathroom doors were not good(sliding type), flush did not work properly..room and beds are small for its cost. breakfast was nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The place was clean and the room was a decent size. . The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist with any questions I had. The pool was a great feature, providing a nice spot to relax and unwind. However, there were a couple of areas for improvement. I wish the hotel had an elevator, as carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast options could be better; a bit more variety would go a long way. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel.

We only had a one night stay but would definitely return if in that area again. I would recommend this hotel to others. Everyone we had contact with was very pleasant and helpful. Our room, the dining area and the lobby was very clean and welcoming.
