Poor customer service. Decent room and enough space. Close to food and gas station

Place was okay, but would not recommend for more than one or two nights. Staff was not super helpful and check-in was a long process. The room was clean and nicely put together. But, the sheets seemed almost too small for the bed as they would come off the corners of the bed even with just minimal movement from normal sleeping.

We came down for the family trip to a local college. I made the reservation well in advance for a room that would accommodate up to five, but the reservation was only for three. We were actually four when we arrived. I told the person we were four and she acted like I was trying to steal from them. Apparently they charge by the person, not the room and was accusing in her tone.
The room was fine. It had all the usual stuff although it was dated. Only complaints are that the room smelled of cigarettes and there's no elevator.
All in all, once we got past the front desk, it was ok.
For our next trip, I'll choose a different hotel.

The room had a very nasty, musty odor. Had trouble sleeping it was so bad. Had to wash everything when i returned home including clothes i had not worn and luggage because the smell remained on everything. Needs updating badly. Staff was very nice, pleasant and eady to work with. They should be commended for a job well done.

The property is in dier need of updates! The shower sticks way out from the wall, there was hair in the tub, the TV was tiny and the a/c wouldnt work right so the room fel cool but humid!! The refrigerator was a great size but froze all we had!! Would never have paid that much for that place!

The hotel was very easy to find. It appeared to be a family run hotel. They were very nice and friendly. The hotel was clean. A little outdated but we just needed a place to sleep.
They provided coffee and breakfast foods. We were hooked on the Carabou coffee shop so we didn’t really eat there just picked up a banana on our way out. There was a small pool and spa that looked clean.

We booked a night here after a family reunion because it had a pool and it was near our reunion site. The pool was FREEZING and we had many pretty upset kiddos. The front desk staff told us it wasn't a heated pool and the outdoor temp dictates how warm the pool is....
Our room would have been fine except it smelled of stale cigarette smoke, gross.
The overnight rate was obscenely expensive (almost $200/night) for very limited amenities gross room freezing pool.
The continental breakfast was a perk.

Outside of building always smelled terribly of cigarettes. Room is very dated and the pool was dirty. Also, there is no elevator so make sure you park lightly.

The hotel is very run down. The rooms are not as advertised. There are signs everywhere in the hotel about not smoking. The lobby is littered with signage. One of the signs even says hotel guests are not allowed to have guests & no guests are allowed in the pool, even if theyre with a hotel guest.
The free breakfast is the WORST attempt Ive ever seen, the coffee cups are about 4oz-not even worth the effort to walk down there to get it. There's a waffle maker, cereal (no milk cartons theres a used gallon of communal milk. No eggs or meat options, no yogurt.
There were 2 men behind the counter when we checked in, the younger man was decent enough, the older man seemed very upset & was complaining like his guests are inconveniences.
This was far below my expectations for $200 a night.

Stayed three nights for a pool tournament and I've never smelled a cleaner hotel! Rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable! Full list of tv channels including premium with no extra cost. They provided a continental breakfast too. It was perfect for what I needed and will stay there again when the pool tournament comes to town next year.

Our shower could use some help but we have stayed here multiple times & the property seems to be cleaned up. The hottub could use a good cleaning. I found a beer cao & a lot of gravel/dirt. Our room was very comfortable though. Easy location.
