I arrived after 9P. Was given a key to a first floor room. I opened the room door to find it was occupied(no one there). The front desk apologized and issued an upgrade to a king suite. This room was spacious and clean. The bed comfortable and there were plenty of soft towels. The offered breakfast was less than desirable(a preformed egg and bagels. The coffee was dispensed from a machine(zero flavor).

The hotel was very convenient. It was less than 2 miles from where I conducted business. The staff were accomadating & helpful. Bertha particularly.

We upgraded to a balcony. Out on the balcony was a water cup for cigarettes that was never removed from the last customer. My son thought it was disgusting. I checked the bed for bugs. Thankfully no bugs. Just an older not updated room. Tv worked fine. Coffee worked fine. Breakfast was good.
Might check out somewhere else to stay next time.
Your front desk staff was nice at late afternoon check in. Morning person didnt seem to really care.

We needed a place to stay for a work week ant the Comfort Inns are always clean and comfortable. That is what we experienced. We would stay again if there was a need.

The breakfast did not have many items, like yogurts, sausages, fruits were missing and when available only bananas were there.

The hotel had gross holes and mold on the ceiling from water damage. We only stayed one night, but wish it there wasn’t that much damage on the ceiling.

One quick night, worked for outta town. Close to the highway. Decent breakfast, mold around ac unit.

Good breakfast selection. Air conditioner didn’t work in our room. Moved rooms. Hallway had no air conditioning at all.

Very helpful staff, fitness suite was good, nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds, lot of light outside which didn’t affect us but might some people, we slept like logs. Good breakfast too.

Very clean in all areas including public areas. Close to many restaurants and right around the corner from the Holocaust Museum we visited. Missed getting all 5s because the ice machine on my floor did not work and the AC panel fell onto the floor when touched.

Room which they gave me was not cleaned, had booked king bed gave me double bed. No good choices in breakfast. Smelly rooms, toilets make weird noise after flushing. Staff not friendly

The employees are great. I have stayed before. The overall condition of place is ok but costs are very reasonable. It is what I expected and have no complaints

Lady at the desk friday evening on August 16th was very rude. Has a bad attitude and rolled her eyes before she asked me what i was here for, even when i called in advance that my flight will be getting in late due to a flight delay, this is how i was treated upon checking in. Towels were dirty with hair stuck on thr towels and there were ants crawling around the lamp. Hallway smells like Marijuana all around the building.

The property was fine. There was a block with a screw in it to prevent the window from opening. The block didn't fit. The window did not open. The tub drain had a little rust around it. The inside bottom of the room door was warped.
