Dirty room, smelled of dirty socks, toilet paper was so thin you could see thru it. Free hot breakfast consisted of cheap sausage patty and egg patty sitting in hot water, dried out danish , ( that was served all 3 days)the coffee was good.

Booked last minute due to evacuation.
Beds were comfy, but room felt dirty and unkept. Like they cleaned FOREVER ago and haven't touched since then. Air was off so room smelt moldy. There were little bugs on the table and towels.

We were disappointed when we checked in at 8:55pm and the pool closed at 9pm. Most hotels close at 10pm. My son was looking forward to the dip before bed but accepted that he could swim in the morning. More on the pool later.
Our real issues started immediately when we entered the room. There was a cockroach on the carpet, which I killed, and another in our garbage bucket. It must have fallen from the curtains. We checked out the bathroom and there was a dead cockroach in the middle of the floor. Fortunately, that was all of the cockroaches we saw during the stay.
In the morning, the cleaning staff tried to come into our room very early and before knocking. We were still in bed. Maybe they knocked lightly but we didn’t hear them and they didn’t wait for a response. Then they proceeded to check on us every 10 minutes until we left.
Lastly, my son was excited to get some pool time before we checked out. We went to the pool but the doors were still locked. I asked the lady at the front desk and she said the pool was closed because it’s raining. This is an INDOOR pool!!! I asked “You always close when it rains?” She responded “Yes”. Needless to say, my son was really upset. That was the cherry on top of a horrible stay.
There wasn’t a whole lot of breakfast items but was fine for a continental breakfast. Overall, I would never recommend this property to a friend.

The room smelled like an old mildewed camper that had been closed up for a long time. Spider webs around the AC unit and the AC fan was so loud you had to put the TV volume at 50 to hear it, pink mold in the shower, and my feet/socks were black from the floor...

The room was nice, and other than the spider crawling on the ceiling it was clean. Very convenient to the fair grounds and Cracker Barrel too, which was important because not many places can accommodate a truck that’s pulling a figth wheel!

We have stayed several times and this time did not disappoint. Though an older motel, well kept and clean. Pool, indoor, always ready and so inviting. Staff very helpful. When our refrigerator did not work, we were promptly moved to a room that had a refrigerator that did work. Bed comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast. We’ll be back when next needing a room in Perry, GA

Bed bugs and blood in the beds. I took photos. Showed the front desk person and they were not very worried about it. No manager on site for the whole week they said. Reached out to Expedia for a refund. Not going well so far.

Our stay was ok. It took 3 rooms and it still wasn’t right. The first two rooms were hot even with the weak air conditioning on for hours. They moved us again and the very nice lady up front upgraded us to a suite and the air still wouldn’t stay on and cool the room. It smelt so bad of a wet dog. Bugs were all over the floor. The shower pressure wasn’t good at all. We went to Walmart and bought carpet fresh for animal odor, febreeze sprays for animal odor and it still smelt bad. We also had to buy a box fan just to be a little cool. It just wasn’t a good stay.

The hotel property is considerably nice for that area. Most hotels are pretty rundown. They have done some modifications and upgrades which make it cleaner and nicer. My biggest problem has been with the billing. They charged me an additional $700 on my account for no reason. They said that it was an error but when I asked them to fix it, it took weeks. My account was overdrawn, and they were trying to charge additional fees for pets, which I did not have. I spoke to two different people who said they would correct it. I had to go through my bank and their manager. And the issues still have not been addressed. I am still overdrawn and have to move money from a savings account to this business account.

It was great I would have given them the (stars but 1. They made me move my parking for no reason I have a trailer take up 4 car parking but u have 30open parking spots I asked why and they sead I was blocking drive way not true another truck and trailer parked there and he was not told anything and he parked on the grass and blocked the drive way I parked in the parking spots (it was the night shift lady every one else was great and amazing good people ) 2 and last thing is the hot tub jets don’t work but it’s still hot the pool is cool and I had it all for my self so I will be back I couldn’t ask for anything else . Everything was clean and day shift lady’s are nice people friendly faces .

The bathroom smelled sour for some reason and a word to the wise...I wouldn't use their coffee makers. I almost did but decided to flush it first because I didn't know how long it had been sitting there. Well, when I picked it up, water came spilling out so I dumped it out and added more to flush the line. When I tell you that the water was light brown and passing chunks of mold and other "floaters" into the cup...don't be using the coffee makers! They are not cleaned properly, if ever. The fridge was not and did not get cold but aside from that, the bed and pillows were comfy.

Very nice motel, clean and spacious room. I stayed here 5 nights, and was very happy with room. Wastebaskets emptied and items replaced as needed every day. Pet friendly with nice areas to walk them. Breakfast had a variety of items.

This was the filthiest place I have ever stayed at. The pillows were yellow and had sweat and food stains all over. The electrical sockets were hanging out of the walls or someone many years ago tried to scotch tape them to the wall. (Be careful with small kids!!) Thick layers of dirt on the walls. Lots of old food and dried “stuff” behind all furniture. Found a dirty sock on the floor. The fridge was not working. I asked to have it looked at but no one did so I had to throw out all the food I had brought for the weekend. AC very noisy. Did not get much sleep. Left this place 2 nights earlier than planned.
