M stay was ok, room was not cleaned every day,
Breakfast stopped at 9am, way too early, People on vacation tends to sleep in late, no one wants to be up before 9 just to get breakfast.

Check in was not good, lady on front disk did not know her job. Got call to the front desk at 2:00 am after being a sleep for about 1an hour to check in again because the lady at 3:00 pm who gave us our room key didn't check us in. Lady on night shift sent security to our room and made me come down to the front desk at 2:30 am to register again.

When I arrived, they didn't even say good afternoon to me and the price was raised, it was not the same as the reservation made in advance. All dirty and old.

Do not think about this place. No hot water in our room and the desk would not move us. Dogs pee every where. The smell of weed is disgusting.

When I receive they keys of my room, after 30 min of check inn, I found that the ac was broken as well as the phone. I had to go back downstairs and ask for another room. I had to wait another 30 min to get other one.

The front desk staff is awesomely nice nice! Yes 2 nice. This one staff (Patrick) he is one of their best always greeting us and smiling. He always making sure we good when we down in the breakfast room. The only thing could be better is the breakfast

I did enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the facilities was cleaned overall. The service is good and easy & convenient access to amenities. I would definitely go back.

I didn't like the fact that the sink was not in the bathroom. The AC and bathroom exhaust are very loud. And don't understand why the exhaust and light are connected...they should be separate switches.

The AC in the room did not work and the door from the bathroom was falling, it looked more like a 2.3 motel than a 8.3 star hotel like it is described in the website and that is fake advertisement, the pool was dirty, there was pet waste on the grounds of the pool.

Nothing spectacular to say. They rented me a room that they said was available but when I went to the room it was occupied. I walked into a room that had someone’s luggages. I had to struggle with my luggage and packages to the room and back down to the lobby because of this.

The location is good and very close to the airport.
The room was smelly and during the nights there were always people shouting and fighting in the hallway. We always kept the door locked.
The breakfast was ok. Not very variable, but it was ok just to start the day.
The staff was kind and always greeting people when coming in.
There’s a Publix and a CVSs across the street, which was very convenient.

I stayed at this property again because I was promised a upgrade in which I never got I have been contacting the manager khan but when I called he not there, he one a phone call, I leave messages and he never call back. Even when I was staying there and I asked for him everyday for the 5 days I was there and everyone said he not there or he hasn’t come in yet. When I checked in I had a a dead roach on my wall like someone smogged the roach and left it there by the cleaning lady cleaned it up thankful that the only roach I saw and the pipes or busted I can hear it struggling for water to come out when we was bathing a very annoying noise so the need to fix the pipes in room 315 that’s where I stayed I love the staff and the hotel location itself but they need to put more pride in that place it can be a upscale hotel if they fix the issues.

We reserved 5 nights at this hotel but left after 1 night due to the unsanitary conditions in the room. The bedding was stained with what appeared to be blood and other substances on multiple areas. There were roaches on and inside the nightstand as well as roach eggs. The furniture was dirty and had clearly not been cleaned in a while. The windows and window sill were filthy and had some kind of pest eggs. We requested a refund for the remaining days and are waiting to receive it. Do not reccomend!

Maids don’t clean at all I had to sit and wait on the maid my fourth day to vacuum the room after asking from my first night tubs was very dirty that’s my last stay in your hotel and I’ve been staying there when I travel for over 13 years for the amount of money I spent to stay there I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone anymore
