TV didn’t work (wanted to move us late at night after my special needs child was already asleep after we had driven 24 hrs straight 1600 miles), two lamps didn’t work, hairdryer didn’t work (was 40 degrees next morning)outlets kept nearly frying our phones so we couldn’t charge them, and I requested a first level or handicap room at booking (I have MS, son has severe autism/host of medical issues) and we got a 3rd floor room and elevator broke so we had to walk our luggage and everything down “slick” stairs. The motel 6 I have stayed at last minute there was far nicer and friendlier and cleaner (floors here were damp, horribly stained). Just overall awful, oh, but the refunded one night per “their rules.” Pretty sure ADA laws would say otherwise. Disputing it with my bank. Each day it was something and just got worse over the 3 days we stayed. If it wasn’t so hard to move a special needs kid/our luggage down three flights I would have checked out sooner. Didn’t dream it would just go from bad to worse to impossible. Pics of floor of our room when we walked in.

Hotels mostly clean some stains and marks on the shelves. Hair dryer not working but everything else was good. Finding room was confusing.

Our stay was good but the lock wasn’t working the door was not secure we didn’t feel comfortable. We did walk down as. Ask for help and the front desk was very helpful and offered us another room for our stay.

We were really disappointed in this hotel. Yes the hotel did a makeover of the rooms with new bed and new furniture but they did not update anything else. Our toilet did not flush the first night and mainteance had to come and fix it the next day the toilet was working but then later in the night the toilet stopped working again. The hotel just offered to move rooms but we were already settled in and my husband messed with the toilet and was able to fix it. Also the shower was not draining and my husband had to fix that. Ice machine was not working on our floor. We were hoping that with the renovations it would have been a good stay but it was not

The front desk told me that I had no reservation even though I had paid and showed the receipt. They refused to give me the room. It took 2.5 hours on the Expedia customer service website to resolve it. The firdst three agents said there was nothing they could do, and it wasnt until the fourth agent who finally resolved it. Meanwhile the hotel manager kept repeating that I hadnt paid and refused to give me the room even though I had the reciept from Expedia. I will never use hotels.com again.

Good location, right next to ihop and Starbucks lite let walking distance. Nice and quiet. Room was fine. Customer service was outstanding. Breakfast was good as well

The breakfast was not served at the time it was scheduled. This was a problem because I scheduled the job start time based on the time of breakfast, which I verified upon check-in.
The staff was rude and apathetic. I gave the hotel a chance to make it right before writing this review. I asked for a small discount for each of the two rooms that we booked. I would have been satisfied with a $20 discount but the hotel was not willing to make it happen. The offered a discount on another stay, which I obviously was not going to give them any more business since I was not happy with the first stay. And the coffee was awful. It tasted like the mud in the bottom of the pot from the previous day.

The staff clearly needs more support from management/corporate - everyone I interacted with was lovely. But the first room had a disassembled air conditioner, we called and got moved to a second room that had no towels. It was so late and we had an early morning, so we didn't bother calling down for some. Can't recommend staying here until the employees get better support.

The suites do not have a ac wall unit which makes them extremely extremely hot!!! They’re huge and spacious but when it’s summer it never got below 79 degrees in the room. They definitely need to add ac units and it would be beyond worth it. Everything else was great.

Great place, saw many reviews saying dirty. Not our experience at all. If you are on a second or third floor you will have to take stairs. Had a good view of our vehicle and the pool.

The hotel first could not find our reservation. The breakfast constantly ran out of food. The hotel was run down, old, and dirty. The manager was never around. The staff did not make any effort to make us feel comfortable. I've stayed in La Quinta's prior and liked the experience but not this time. The neighborhood also was not safe so we could not walk at night.

Property at a good location but it is showing its age. The elevator is hidden on one side of the building and there are no directions to get to it ! Breakfast was okay. We stayed only one night after visiting Yosemite so fit the purpose.

Hotel was dirty. Anybody had access to the pool. A transient came in and practically took a bath in the pool. The carpet in the room was so dirty it made my feet turn black

Very nice! Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. The complementary breakfast was good, you can make yourself fresh waffles. The pool was nice too. The only thing I would say is that they didn't have any soap to wash your hands in the room.

I try to look at reviews with a grain of salt and give the property the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately this La Quinta was very poor quality compared to others we've stayed at.
There were cockroaches all around the rooms/doors when we were walking around outside, inside was missing the standard toiletries, towels were stained or dirty, and overall the rooms and grounds felt very run down.

I was charged twice. I made prepaid reservation on hotels.com app, and then was told to pay in cash at the property.

Drove in from Las Vegas and front desk told us cash only due to card reader malfunctioned. Room had no shampoo no body wash. Called front desk and was told they would bring us the items . An hour later we had to go and get from front desk ourselves. They gave us another bottle of shampoo but was also empty with less than 1 oz left in it. Room was filthy and the non slip plastic was peeling off from bathtub. Chair was full of markings and never cleaned. Never been in a worse hotel room before and will never stay at La Quinta Inn again. Shocked to find out it’s under the Wyndham brand.

Okay place to stop in overnight. Not the best neighborhood but be aware and you will be fine.

Stayed one night because I came to a concert at the save mart center, so location was convenient. Breakfast was nice and so was the pool. There is a lot of homeless around, but I guess that’s just how downtown is. Other than that everything was good.
