It’s far from most things to donate

WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY! This place is Terrible it is very disgusting and they will TAKE FROM YOU an extra $100.00 for NO REASON. The customer service is terrible the door in my room Was NOT Closing when I came back from work the door was open. We told the person in the lobby for safety reason to please fix the door or give us another room and did nothing about it. All they did was say yes we will get somebody up there to fix it and they NEVER came to fix it. The place is a dumb And all they are doing is robbing people because it’s not even worth a penny to stay there.

Beds werent made and were covered in crumbs a/c didint work toilet wouldnt flush stuff stuck all over the walls and when i askes for a new room he said they had none available wjen i asked for them to at least change my sheets he said they cant and offered me a refund and cpuldnt even give me it told me i had to call ypu guys for it and i still havnt heard anything back

a genuinely horrid stay. dirty hotel, smashed mirror in our room, no seating on the balcony, dirty bathroom, got locked out our room for two hours, terrible location, barely any transport links to the city, unresponsive staff, except for Dan, he was the man. Never any staff at the help desk, lights didn’t work in our room,

Hotel is in horrible condition, poor service, no light bulbs, no plugs in the room, dirty, etc etc. I left and went to The Holiday Inn.

Many things in the room and around the property were filthy and damaged. Also noticed people loitering in the parking lot in the middle of the night that the nearby police ushered away.

The checkin area was not welcoming. There was a table you had to lean over and a glass partition with only about a 6 inch opening at the bottom. I couldn't even see the persin behind it at first. I'm sure left over from covid days. Get rid of the table please. But the room was clean and comfortable. A good value. The microwave however made a terrible noise but did work and I had to unplug the fridge and plug in the microwave to use it.

Hey man you get what you pay for. Not gonna sit here and say anything super negative as it was what i expected for the price i paid. Super convenient for getting to the airport. Its like a 7 minute ride on uber/lyft. Is it the cleanest not really but clean enough to be comfortable. Bed had some stains on the cover blanket but just tore that off the bed and didnt sleep with it. AC was great though. Pillows were also pretty great considering how flat the bed was. Again for a quick stay it wasnt bad.

There was no refrigerator and microwave.

Dirty bathroom/ dirty room

They was very rude And very disrespectful. Oh. Beat on your door whenever you have a Do Not Disturb sign.

The room had holes in the walls. The a/c went out on our 2 night there. We ask for an extra pillow the first night and never received it and when we ask the second night we were told no the laundry was closed. The bath drain very slow after a shower and the toilet ran almost all the time.

The employee at the first desk was super friendly and wonderful to talk to

The place was outdated when I first got there was a young guy that was going to check me in told me to wait and he got on his phone instead It had a weird Oder to it

Don't stay here. L o l o m g. Let's start it when I got there.Alice terrified, it looks like a trucker.Stop that nobody cares about. I checked in anyway and they gave me. 214 was the room number and it was dirty. The beds were dusty. It had no refrigerator microwave. Nothing. It had a television that had a tube. It was like a tube TV one of those ones from 1980 television with 8 channels.. So I asked to be switched. They did, so please switch me to 219. Which is better because 2 14's bathroom was disgusting? I wonder if I can share pictures.. Sorry, no, but 219 was better. You know, it did have a microwave or television so forth and then I called down to ask where which floor had ice on it, the desk clerk told me the 5th floor had ice on it. I said thank you, and I went up to the 5th floor and there's a note on it that says the ice. Machine is broken so I go down to the 1st floor. And it's informed that the ice machine is broken at the desk.He goes.Oh, let me get you some ice.So he goes over to a closed bar.They don't it's not open.They just had a bar and air bar-and-grill if they don't use anymore.And it was dusty and disgusting and he went into.God knows where got me some ice cause I couldn't see him.. The second. Night I go in to get some ice and the guy goes over.You can't have any ice to 11 o'clock cuz.I don't have a keith so I got no ice for that night at all. Just don't stay here

Had a connecting room and the people on the other side were noisy until late. No restaurants in the area.

The bathroom had mold on the tile of the bath, a patch work on the ceiling of the shower, the vent cover had dust covering all of it, the sink in the bathroom was extremely slow to drain, toilet ran most of the time It was dirty, all I did was wash my face a brush my teeth. One of the lights in the bedroom did not work, chair at table was broken. I believe there was internet, but no way to sign on. I always had shoes on as I did not know how clean the carpet was. For the cost, there was no breakfast, and the lobby felt like checking in at a jail with tables in front of reception and glass between the guest and staff. IF I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A REFUND I WOULD NOT HAVE STAND ONE MINUTE!

Not a place i would ever stay again or recommend.

Room was designated as non-smoking. However there was some smoke smell.

Convenient location. Only complaint was non smoking room had a light smoke smell.

It was a little tun down

Very run down. No ice machine, no mini fridges in the rooms, no microwave in sight anywhere. Door was hard to get it to fully lock to our room. this hotel needs drastic improvements. Would not recommend

The inside of the hotel room was riddled with damaged appliances and furniture. The carpet was sticky and there was broken glass behind the nightstand. The curtain rod was dangling off the ceiling and the biggest draw back is there was no fridge or microwave like the pictures implied. The TV was CRT and incapable of hooking up modern items to. If you have a last resort, put this behind it. The staff was awesome and friendly but the facilities did not reflect that.

It's a no frills place. Old building, minimal amenities. A place to crash for a night while on a budget. The attendant was great though.

If all you’re looking for is a place to sleep it will work. Not the best but for the price it’s ok

This was the worst property I have ever seen. They require a $100 cash deposit. There was no one at the front desk. The lobby was filthy & smelly. The area this property is located did not seem safe. I did not and would not stay there. You should be embarrassed to list this property
