Price was excellent, we were looking for a clean, good price to stay to show our 88 y/o mom a good time at the beach. Good shopping around, 20 minutes from the beach. Only 1 drawback.......beds are really small. Needs to be updated at least to a queen. The only reason we needed a room was to sleep. Sleeping was not what we got. Hard bed and very small. But we had a place to hang our clothes and take a shower. Good cup of coffee though.

Rooms were infested with roaches and bedbugs the crowd and a paper that were living. There were loud and obscene. The management was very poor. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

After a 4 day stay I was able to take a bath because the plumbing was receded in the wall. Maintenance had a hard time fixing it with difficulty. It's really still not fixed. But can't argue about the cost so I am not complaining too much. The staff were helpful.

CHECKED IN MAY 16, 2024. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL! HOMELESS PEOPLE ON GROUND. ROOMS REAKED OF MARIJUANA. YES I SAID ROOMS... THE FIRST SMELLED LIKE PPL WERE IN THERE JUST BEFORE WE ARRIVED. AND IT WAS A "NON SMOKING" ROOM. THE SECOND ROOM WAS A DOWNGRADE FROM A KING TO 2 QUEEN SIZE. AGAIN THE SMELL OF MARIJUANA CONSUMED THE AREA. AS WELL AS KNATS IN THE ROOM. NO PRIVACY CURTAIN.. IT WAS A REGULAR ROD WITH STANDARD WALMART CURTAINS. THE COMPUTERS WERE DOWN.THE ONLY NICE THING AT THIS PLACE WAS THE LADY WHO CHECKED US IN. SHE UNDERSTOOD THE PROBLEMS AND REFUNDED OUR CASH DEPOSIT. PICTURES ARE OBVIOUSLY PHOTOSHOP. I CHECKED RIGHT BACK OUT AFTER THE 2ND ROOM HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. ATTEMPTED TO REACH MANAGER... NO RESPONSE. IF YOU BOOKED HERE... CANCEL!!!

The neighborhood / surrounding area has literally crack heads and homeless people staying in the bushes and there are lots of drug deals going on in parking lot. Also there are multiple people living here there were roaches and inside of room looks like it is so outdated and needs to be remodeled. We had two tvs in room one on dresser not working and chained down and the other on wall very strange

Checkin staff was not friendly and wasn't cooperative. The wife had to intervene later with a different staff receptionist and was much better. The area wasn't the best nor was security. While they are renovating, just don't recommend until the really change.
