Nice hotel with great views. No restaurant service in the hotel but there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance and the Boathouse restaurant can be accessed through the hotel.

Hotel was nice, clean and quiet. Ample parking.
However, the bed, was rock hard and not comfortable at all. I like a firm bed but this was not firm it was hard. When paying over $300/night, having a comfortable bed should not be an issue. There is no excuse for using cheap beds. Our friends in a different room also had a rock hard bed.
Second night we called front desk for an extra blanket but they were unable to provide it. Odd for a hotel to run out of blankets.
We probably won’t stay again if we come back to New West.

Rooms were clean & spacious Like most areas in Bc lots of construction in the area. the overpass walk way is not in use so we had to walk a long distance to get out of the property on foot - that would be my only complaint

Very nice room overlooking the boardwalk and water. Nice welcome package with discount coupons for nearby places. We seriously only stay here when in Vancouver great location close to Skytrain, shops and services. Area is great and covered parking available . Staff are very helpful and the pillows are fantastic. We really like this hotel.

We loved the location, lots of restaurants nearby, the balcony overlooking the river, and the close proximity of the sky train. The beds were comfortable, and staff were helpful and friendly.

The location is great...walkable to wherever we wanted to go, or to the skytrain. Room cleaning staff were really friendly, and quick since we only needed a few things! Parking on the lot right out front of the hotel is a bonus -not a fan of the parkade...

Mold in the bathroom, bugs and moth.
I would not recommend this place and it’s not even close to a 9 rating whatsoever.

My stay here was truly amazing. I had the best view of the Fraser River from my 9th floor suite.Everything was very comfortable, highly recommend the Inn at the Quay

I paid 300 dollars and there was no pool or hot tub. Little pricey for the price

The service check in and out went smoothly and well. The room location had a nice view of the water. Perhaps checking on some factors like consistent cooling of the aircon, loose shower handle and clogging of the bathroom sink is needed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay as the location is excellent.

Hotels.com lists this as a 4-star accommodation, the 3-star rating on Google is much more accurate. The rooms are dated and the beds aren't overly comfortable. This hotel requires a serious refresh/upgrades. The 2-page pet policy while, understandable gives off the impression that they would rather not have your pet staying there. Overall it was an underwhelming stay and was not worth the near $400 a night price tag.

Hotel rooms are dated and tired looking. Staff were very helpful but area s next to railroad with quite challenging access to hotel. Restaurants around the hotel were great. Good food. Hotel needs a major renovation.
