1 tissue in tissue box, half a roll of toilet paper was all we had when we got there. maid service appeared to be lacking except when 1100 oclock check out time they were knocking on the door at 1045 . water pressure and water temp left much to be desired. not much to do on a friday night (most bars and restaurants close at 9 -10 pm) we stayed in room most of the night

When we tried checking in, there was no one at the front desk. A worker told us the woman was somewhere, but would be back in a few minutes. We waited almost 30 minutes and still no one came. Finally, a delivery man came and the construction worker finally got the woman to come to the front desk. The sink in our bathroom leaked water on the floor. Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The afternoon and evening dedk staff was pleasant. The lady in the morning was pleasant, just wasn't at the check-in desk.

Just totally rundown. Bathroom had not been cleaned. Limited parking. Breakfast consisted of small blueberry muffins. Had to wait for coffee, since only 2 small carafes we set out. Only plus was a short walk to the venue we had booked.

I love to stay there when I go visit my husband at NBCI. It’s so convenient to everything. Me and the kids love the walking to see the sites close by the hotel.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel which is extremely convenient to downtown Cumberland and the Western Maryland train station. IT is not a luxury hotel. It is bargain priced and therefore a value hotel. The hotel has recently gone through upgrades and the room was clean, the beds new, the bathroom updated. Not luxury, not a resort. But a good deal.

Room was clean and had all the usual amenities. Breakfast was sparse but sufficient. There was a restaurant and bar that were both closed. If there was a pool, I never saw it. The whole vibe was kind of worn down and older, but my stay was comfortable enough. It is very convenient to downtown activities.

I was happy about how close it was to my sons college, but I was very disappointed because the never informed me of the plumbing problem they had when I checked in. We could not flush the toilet because it keep filling up like it was stopped up and when I took a shower the tub filled up like I was taking a bath and a show at the same time. When I called the front desk they informed me that they had a pipe bust four days ago and a
Maintenance was working on it. I asked why We were never informed at check in he said he didn’t know and that I was the only one who complained and that was it.

This property's website says there is a bar and restaurant. there isn't. it hasn't been open for 4 years. The air conditioner barely worked, Luckily it was cool outside. The whole property was seedy and dirty. The television only got one channel, the Food Network. They will never see me again.

An economical way to stay in Cumberland. The small staff is helpful and responsive. The breakfast is good for the room rate and level of hotel. The amenities are limited: hotel “gym” is a bench (no weights) and a few cardio machines, one coin operated washer and dryer, no pool, one elevator.

Pool, one elevator, public restrooms not working. Didn’t see breakfast area - everything looked like it was closed or not working. Room was old and outdated and bathroom was dirty.

We stayed here last year at approximately the same time. What was broken last year (one elevator) was still broken this year. There was mold around the caulk joints in the bathroom, the room had almost a cigarette smell. The outdoor pool was still not available. The hotel is dated and just not up to our standards. We won't book there again.

Broken elevator, one working elevator sounded horrible, closed pool - not even uncovered from winter, scraps / chips / damaged walls through out hallways and room, scratches all over door from previous pet visit, dirty pillows, loud bathroom sink, broken coffee maker, one outlet with 5 things plugged into it, one ice maker for while building on 6th floor, hallways smelled like weed, train tracks run right past hotel - very noisy. However breakast was surprising better then we expected.

The building is is in dire need of maintenance. One of the elevators was out of service the entire time and the other sounded like it was going to break any second. The restroom on the main floor was out as well. The cable in the room was poor as well. Only half of the channels worked. I’m glad I only had to stay 2 nights for business.

Heed what others have said on here and on other platforms. This was probably a nice hotel 30 years ago but probably has had minimal maintenance and definitely no updating since. Staff is almost none existent and definitely not friendly. If you need a place to crash for a night on the GAP or C&O it’ll work in a pinch but otherwise a solid.

the location is good for being close to Rocky Gap Resort. The bathrooms in the lobby were out of order. Our hair dryer didn’t work and looked like it should have been replaced years ago.
The beds were comfortably There are a microwave and a mini refrigerator in the room.

The bed was very uncomfortable my wife and I woke up with back aches and the breakfast all they had was cereal and biscuits and gravy yogurt and juice which was not all that great cold. The juice was slightly chilled but not cold. I would like to at least get half of my money back.

Too many things were out of order - swimming pool, reception bathrooms, vending machine. It felt like a run down hotel relying on the Ramada name.
