Overall it was great. Had issue with the tv cable. Had to call and the maintenance guy had to come in and found the cable was ripped out of the back of the tv. Then the AC/heater never go the room above 64 degrees as the unit was short cycling.

Hampton Inn just doesn’t seem to be what it was, or at least this one doesn’t. Sparse room, uncomfortable hard bed, two regular size pillows & two pillows that seemed to be 1/2 size on a king bed. Just disappointing.

Room was fine although a large stain on carpet. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was just so so. No waffle batter or eggs until I informed the desk staff. Although there was a sign fir bakery, there were no baked goods.

The person at the Front desk put me in a handicapped room and when I asked to move, she said it wasn’t & there were no more rooms. There was a big handicapped
Button with bars and a doorbell.
I came back later & was moved right away.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The room is clear and the staff is nice. The supermarket is near around. Some restaurants are there also. Anyway, I'm feeling pretty good

I had to book this hotel after an extremely awful experience at another hotel. I appreciated the hotel for being clean and safe. My wife and I got settled and were attempting to fall asleep, but I kept hearing a dripping noise. I got up to investigate and noticed the ceiling leaking. I immediately went to the front desk and they acted swiftly by changing my room. I was inconvenienced by having to relocate in the middle of the night. The stay was pleasant although there were issues with the first room.

This is a very nice property, the rooms were VERY clean! Shower was spotless. Beds were made nicely. Front desk staff were very helpful and nice. We will definitely stay again! Marchelle you rock!!! Thanks for being great!

The staff was very pleasant and easy to deal with. The room and building were both very clean. It was a very nice stay.
The only point I have is maybe replacing the tvs in the rooms with smart tvs, which would allow customers to use their streaming services, instead of basic cable.

I thought this property would be very noisy but It was very quiet. There were plenty of parking spaces even though the hotel was fully occupied. Staff were very friendly and courteous.

Our stay left quite a bit to be desired. Upon entering the property the air was stale and overpowering. The receptionist also apeared to be housekeeping as well. The air on the room was equally as stale. The blanket and sheets were not as clean or fresh as expected. However, the bathroom appeared clean and the staff was very friendly!
