I left for minute came back in my room to find a roach crowding on my pillow. The hallways stink. The iron board did not work and there were other people complaining about the overall clearness of the rooms. I'll never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend this place to others.

I paid for a hot tub room. The hot tub was broken when I inquired about it they said yes we know it was broken, but we put you in that room anyway.

Jacuzzi tub in room had mold coming out of the few jets that did work. Also around the tub had black looking mold in the silicone. Led lights kept going on and off. Room had a very musty smell. Not a safe comfortable feeling. We loved the first visit here but everyone since keeps getting worse.

Room condition was bad. There was a leak somewhere in the bathroom, and there are no elevators to transfer my luggages, for a one night stay it was alright, but I would not stay here longer than that.

The breakfast was great and the pool was fun. But The pull out couches need new mattresses and they need to do some updates to the rooms. Its feasible for the price though.

The room was nice, shower was dirty, so I wasn’t able to shower. Had old bar soap on the floor. Pillow cases had stains on them. And the cheap non- Clorox bleach smell was excessive. Gave me a headache after a while of consumption.

The hotel is average quality. The breakfast is not good. Dont have much options and taste. The both of the keys stopped working after two days. Also, replacement of towels and room clean need to request.

I stayed for 3 nights and in no day that i was there they did not go in to take out the trash or put clean towels on Saturday night I had too much noise in the parking lot they were fighting... I really didn't like it.

There was humidity everywhere. My little daughter had a coughing fit because of the bad smell of humidity throughout the hotel. We had to leave more or less an hour after arriving, and we asked about a refund and they didn't help us at all. They told us to call Expedia and oh surprise, Expedia never helped. So before booking, check the reviews very carefully. It's a very bad place to stay.

It was not amazing but it wasn’t the worst either. Definitely a lot of room for improvement. The room we booked was the King Bed Soundproof room. It was not soundproof we can hear everything outside and even hear into our room. The mirrors in the room were dirty and had streaks of water or residue from previous bookings. Some of the hand towels were still dirty and had very visible spots on them as if they were never cleaned. One hand towel hanging over the shower curtain was so crusty and hard from being left there also had black spots on it. Some kids smeared ice cream down the railing of the stairs to our room and I informed the front desk, I was told they will have it cleaned up but it actually sat there until the next morning. I informed them about that around 5pm and nothing was cleaned up until the following day. Very unprofessional and unsafe. It was a pretty hotel but for the cleanliness and service it was not worth $106 of my money. I would not book again.

the service was bad they couldn’t control the loud noises people was making at 2 in the morning the room wasnt like in the pictures the sofa bed was broken the ac wasn’t working and the fire alarm device in the room was going off because they didnt change it over yall my family couldn’t sleep there we had to check early wouldn’t remember at all once we went to check out early the man in the front desk was starting to be rude before i got to say a word.

The room was clean and comfortable. The service was not as great. We arrived around 4pm, were given keys to room, went to room and were met with do not disturb sign and cleaning crew near by. Went to front desk, where the gentleman seemed confused and then told me “it will be done in 15 minutes, you wait.” This put us pressed for time to get ready for event we were going to attend that night. No apology was given.
