bugs in bathroom wall and counter and bathtub had to plug in tv and cable wire to watch tv

really just the area is in good location

they don’t have attention in nothing is nobody in the front desk, if you need something like towels they don’t have it really don’t recommend 👎🏼

The location was convenient to Oakbrook and about 20 minutes to O’Hare

Had to change rooms after being given one in the middle of construction or renovation My second room was not that clean either. I then had to have keys changed and batteries in the lock changed late at night Also had the pleasure of the local police visiting an adjacent room lye at night Finally the staff looked like they would rather be anywhere else. Not friendly or useful at all.

Would not call what was offered breakfast

The hallways smelled terrible. The toilet in my room was clogged. Switched to another room that had water on the floor from refrigerator. The whole place was not clean. I did not want to touch anything Was worried there would be bed bugs. Management needs to address these issues.

I have no complants with room or breakfast it was all great !

The internet was terrible always had to sign back into it while I was working very low signal and going off was the worst part of my stay!

The employees where the young women were accommodating the male worker was not only belligerent but vocally attitudinal

The area and comfort...

It wasn't very clean...the tub had hair in it and the floor was kinda dirty on the opposite side of the bed close to the window....

The location was nice and laid back. I would definitely go back.

The front desk was nice and i appreciate the manager for being nice accommodating me. I like the fridge and microwave being in the room.

The rooms were filthy especially the tubs. I had to change rooms twice got 2 free nights for the bad night and I changed room 3x's that stay. Never again! Not worth it.

room was ok. breakfast was not good location is good

room smelled bad cops were in and out all day. looks like a lot problems tend to happen there they should do a better job cleaning
