Not the most luxurious place to stay but if you just need a place to lay your head it’s def a truckers spot. Good thing is that it’s well lit and near hwy20. Also a lot of places to eat and Walmart is less than 4 miles away. Probably won’t stay again but for the price it’s def you get what you pay for. Staff was very nice and accommodating and it appears they try to take care of the property as I saw people working on the rooms etc.

Door latch not work properly

Room was dirty. Had mold growing, and roaches. Ended up booking rooms with a different motel.

Room had a stale smell. Old property.

Nice place

Not a great stay there were baby roaches crawling out of the bathroom my tv was broken the elevator and ice machine was broken. i had to get my key reset 6 times out of the 3 days i was there would not recommend unless you were homeless

Infested with roaches. We didn’t even stay. Only stayed for 40 mins

The lady at the front desk Donta was so polite and pleasant to meet made you feel safe and welcome she went beyond her duties to make sure I was happy and I was that lady need to be recognized and she needs a raise she is amazing red roof don't lose that employee she is great

Hotel under construction no notice telling us this.

The service was incredible, however the room had quite a few insect issues. There was an issue with my key card not working with the door, but the employee in the lobby was quick to help. Overall, the staff was wonderful, but the rooms could use a little pest control.

Staff rude.. no Internet.. my wife an I asked about Internet.. she said WiFi out an she don't know what we gone do?, whatever that means an the phone don't work in the room..

All went well

In the middle of the night a large watering/cockroach was crawling on me. I took a picture and showed it to the clerk and checked out the next day. There was a huge gap under the door I’m sure that allowed the bug in. I paid in full and have it received a days refund yet. My neighbors had a dog that barked all night and the other neighbors had their tv loud all night. Overall horrible stay!!

Good location close to everything and clean and quiet had a good stay!

My wife asked for the sheets to be cleaned and changed once we checked in and arrived, we proveeded to go out for dinner with the children and came back. The sheets werent changed so she went back down to the office and asked again to which she was given sheets to change herself and then upon changing them found roaches, after the disgust requested a refund and was only given 30$ out of the 70 we spent.

Mildew in the shower

Door locks were worn out. Had to lift handle while using key card - like you were cracking a safe. Had to have keys reprogrammed 3x’s Kids on floor above me screaming, yelling, and running at midnight. Had to call front desk twice. Good location, property needs attention,

Elevator was not operational. Asked for a ground floor room when I made my reservation 3 weeks prior. Was given a 3rd floor room. Asked for a ground floor as requested and was told that was not possible. No microwave in the room even though the hotel booking said rooms had one. Door to room was very difficult to operate. Auto locking as you slide your card to open instead of unlocking and once inside handle would not cooperate for opening to get out. Lots of screaming from the balcony outside our room from other guests to the people below. Just not a pleasant or comfortable experience.

It was very clean & friendly staff

Elevator did not work. Had to go to office 3 times because key didn't work to open door. But your staff was excellent in helping us with problems that she could not control such as the elevator not working.

Easy to park, get a room with a microwave

Good for the price. Room only had towels for 2. Only 1 trash can in room. Lots of noise. Room was comfortable for a 1 night stay traveling.

Property was decent , better red roof than others . Area was fine, plenty of places to eat . Room had dirty sheets, burn holes in sheets , and saw a roach before went to bed . So lol yeah !

I stepped out of the room to answer an important phone call. My dog pushed into the door ended up locking my daughter in the room. They Refuse to give me a key to get back in So I ended up having to call the cops. The water is yellow and our room had bed bugs.

Smoke alarm was broke, toilet wasnt working correctly, no drain plug in tub, workers acted like they didnt want to be there

Ac was leaking and they never came check it. They have me a towel to put under the air conditioner.

Bathroom didn’t work in one of our rooms had to wait till the next morning to wait on the maintenance guy air conditioning leaking in the room leaving big puddles

It was an excellent experience for this room we stayed in.

It was unexpectedly quiet for the location. Room was clean and up to date.

The rooms look nice online but when you get there…that’s not the case. It’s like they left the old bones of the property as is and only replaced the furniture. The room could use some TLC. The toilet was leaking, water coming out between the floor boards, leak in walls causing the paint to peel it was so bad, mold in the corners of the shower, etc. you could tell that the pipes behind the toilet were super old and fixed a million times from all the plaster. The bed was so noisy you couldn’t even move or sit on it to put your shoes on without it sounding like it was going to fall apart. The fridge didn’t even cool; not sure why they even bother putting it in there. The remote to the TV didn’t even have a cover for the batteries. This place was not even a 3 or 2 star, it was more like a half star. I attempted to tell the front desk about the issues and she didn’t seem to care so I checked out and on my way I went. Whatever. I’m glad it was only for one night because I wouldn’t have been able to stay longer with those conditions. I won’t be returning.
