Tv kept shutting off

Dated and rundown. Door to room was off the hinges so you had to lift up on handle to close. Bathroom walls had glue and holes from long ago from a past remodel. Did not feel safe leaving motorcycle in parking lot, many homeless people hanging out around hotel property.

The room had paint splatter all over it, the air conditioning was so loud I couldn’t use it, the bed squeaked every time I moved.

The room was clean and did not have carpet! That was an upgrade as carpet always holds odor. Bathroom was dated but clean. The courtyard area/gazebo had not been mowed and someone left empty beer cans all over. Overall, it was a comfortable room for the weekend visit to the area. The staff was friendly and nice.

This had to be the dirties place I have ever seen. And my wife and I didn't even stay. Because once we got to our room two bikers got into a fight and a gun was pulled out. We left immediately. Can't believe that Hotels.com has it on their app for an options.

Rooms were horrible . Mold in tub, doors were worn out, pillows are worthless . Rules of hotel are none like I have ever seen. Couldn’t have friends stop in unless under an hour stay.

Girl outside peeing in the grass, terrible chlorine smell in the room like they bleached everything. Beds looked haphazardly made. Drugs being sold and smoked outside.

It looked like they are in the middle of some improvements. Bathroom counter didn’t appear clean. What ever it was it was dry and you could feel it. Never stay there again.

Our kids would have rather slept in the hot truck than in this hotel room. It was very dirty and sketchy. Think twice before staying here. The pics that are posted are not even close to what the hotel looked like. Run!!!!

Pros- Cheap, clean bed, responsive staff, and breakfast included. Cons- No hot water first day, maintenance got it to lukewarm second day. Staff offered to move me, I declined due to inconvenience and hope that the water issue had been resolved. Slow to drain tub, should have been noticed and reported by housekeeping. Maintenance fixed and housekeeping cleaned up right away, but not well. Absolutely horrible internet!!! Could not work functionally while traveling. Neighborhood is run down as well as the facility.

It looked nothing like the pictures. The lobby was presentable but the wing we stayed in was supposed to be non smoking according to the room but smelled terrible. Plaster was falling off the wall. Random different color paint on the walls and on the vanity. Sections weren’t painted, drywall falling apart, holes in foot stool, toilet wouldn’t flush. The front desk was nice but the hotel itself was not what we thought.

Hotel was extremely dirty, smelled strange. Things falling off the wall in rooms, a bug on the bed.

I will neverrrrrrr stay there again the sheets on the bed was very dirty when I ask the house keeper if she could change them for me she had a whole attitude and tried to tell me to do it myself. And anybody can just walk in the hotel at anytime people that do even have a room there just walking in and out of the hotel so I really didn’t feel safe there at all either.

It was in need of some updating. The pool was not open and there was trash around the Gazbo.

Worst hotel we’ve stayed in! Building was in bad shape, outside doors had no handles to get back in so had to walk clear ariund to front entrance. Room was pathetic…as not clean! Couldn’t pay me enough to shower😡. Slept on top of bed because I was afraid of what the sheets looked like! Overall DISGUSTING😡

This place is very run down. Right away our first room, the toilet was broken, and the room smelled bad; told the front desk, who was friendly, and changed the room for us. The second room smelled too, but not as bad. Thankfully it was just one night. Would not stay again.

Hallway walls were half painted. The first room had sheets that were stained with pee so we were moved to another room. That room had a vent falling off the ceiling and the pull out sofa was broken. There were no other rooms available because of the holiday weekend so we were stuck.

This Quality Inn is not only in poor condition it is very dirty. The garbage cans outside were over flowing, the carpets are dirty and smelled musty. The door to our room stuck so bad you had to throw yourself into it to entry. The bed cover had a hole in it. The furniture was scratched up, I went back to the front desk and voiced my concerns regarding the 100.00 damage deposit we were required to pay. I listed all the things I found already damaged and asked why I had to pay a damage deposit for a room that was basically trash. The response given was “we are aware of the issues” “we are remodeling”. I saw no evidence of remodeling. We were only given to 2 small bath towels, a hand towel, and 1 wash cloth for 2 people. They were worn and dingy. Windows looked like they haven’t been washed in years. The pool had no water, the ice machine was broken. With the total disregard for our concerns and the poor condition of this hotel there was no way we were going to eat anything from the continental breakfast provided. I’m very disappointed, we have always had good luck with hotels we have found on hotels.com, we will never stay at another Quality Inn and now I feel like like can’t trust the information about the hotels listed on the hotels.com app.

The first room smelled like animals and mildew when I turned the A/C on .I couldn’t move into a new room until the next day which was better.The pool wasn’t working so they was a waste.Someone complained about bugs as I was talking to the front desk about my room.I asked about the bugs and he reassured me that it was no problem.130.00 to sleep with 1eye open and socks on so you didn’t touch the bare floor.

The room and bathroom smelled moldy. The floors had hair near the baseboards. The hallways needed to be vacuumed and the tables in the breakfast area were sticky. We were not pleased with the overall hotel.

The bed was clean and well made -- perfect for a sleep break after a long day of travel. Sink and shower were clean and in good shape. The area around the place had homeless people and also generally felt less than safe. The lobby and hallways were unclean and/or worn out and dirty. Check in person was friendly.

Would not stay here again. Hotel felt disgustingly dirty and everything was old and falling apart or broken. First room we were given smelled of mildew and mold, hallways were very smelly. We asked to change rooms and the desk staff was kind enough to let us, second room was better than first but till felt super dirty and very old and outdated.

Its was fine for what it is. A budget hotel
