The wi-fi kept cutting out, and it was very noisy, I could hear clearly the people in the hall and next room.

First time staying. Would definetly stay again. Beds clean and comfortable. Room clean. A little aged. Great variety at breakfast. They currently doing renovations which they made clear upon arrival. I stayed over the weekend so not sure how much noise would be during a weeknight stay.

Only thing I’d change is the beds.
They’re comfortable with one person but not with 2. Because you can feel every movement of the other person.

The room was super dirty, had wallpaper coming off the wall, carpet so dirty you can’t tell what color it is and the air conditioner never cooled the room down. Plus it’s so old they don’t even have an elevator. We will never use this hotel ever again.

Doors were jank "barely worked" , the jacuzzi was room temp at best, the bed was hard as a rock and you could feel every spring im the bed, there only had 2 working outlets in my room, the bathroom tiles in room were loose, and the breakfast sausage tasted funky and made my stomach upset.. i will never be staying in a quality inn again it was the exact opposite of quality. The only thing that was quality was the staff they were amazing very helpful and attentive.

It’s an older property that is in need of some updating. That said, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was central to everywhere I wanted to go.

The location is very good, close to major stores on 32nd st. The facility is kinda old and outdated, but fixable. It is also quiet area. The wall is a bit thin though, I can hear conversation at the next door.
Front desk Heather and Grace are VERY helpful and kind and patient. Excellent service and attitude! Great smiles!

Check in was a breeze! The lady was super friendly and had everything ready. Took 5 minutes. I enjoyed the bed, my husband thought it was yoo soft. Breakfast was super. Lots of choices. We did not use the pool. Would definitely return.

The t.v remote wouldn’t work so I called the front desk and she tried to help but struggled most of the night with it. The toilet wouldn’t stop clogging just from small amounts of toilet paper. There was also trash behind the t.v stand.

The room had no usb ports. Had trouble finding an available electrical outlet just to charge our phones. Bathroom is tiny. Overall the hotel is old and outdated.
