Never stay at this hotel if you are going for business I had room 142 haven’t slept the traffic noise is 24/7 I’m worried today I’m travelling I’m tired I have meetings all day long and I’m worried if I have an accident as I haven’t rested

Pretty nice room with lots of storage. Daily maid service was good except for 1 day when they missed our room all togeter.
The Breakfast was incredible for a hotel this small. It had eggs, bacon, sausage, mushroom, greens, cut up fruits, whole fruits, croissants, pastries, ceral, juice and coffee machines to make whatever type of coffee you liked.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and tidy, service was good and food was fine. I moved three times as the air conditioning didn't work in any of the first two rooms and by the third, which also didn't work, I gave up. While they offered me a fan it was 30degrees outside so I was just left with an uncomfortable sleepless night

noisy guests on friday and saturday night. runing through halls, making loud noise in corridors, smoking drugs. a guest next door to my room was using threatening and abusive behaviour, the front desk was slow to react, eventually needing police intervention. the neighbour guest was allowed to stay in place, where i had to be moved and inconvenienced. i asked for a refund for that nights stay as i did not get good rest and was disturbed by something beyond my control by guest breaking the the hotel rules, and was declined. some good staff in the kitchen and dining area, but some terrible ones too. some behaving likes humans, some behaving like robots. no microwave facilities. parking is £7 a day with no discounts or concessions for blue badge holders.

Rooms and hotel was fine but the service was abysmal. I had vouchers from IHG for food and drink and because the hotel did not know how to use them. I was charged full price for two breakfast at £33, when breakfast was only £12 for 2 when booked with the room. Despite complaining and explaining this to the receptionist, we were just dismissed and overcharged! Sad that IHG did not step up and was let down by this poor hotel.
