Handicap accessible room was near an elevator but the elevator was OUT OF ORDER. So the other entrance was way at the other end of the hall. Thankfully there was access to a wheelchair but it's hard for one senior citizen to push a Handicaped senior citizen a long way in a wheelchair.

I stayed 3 nights, the hotel advertises an "INDOOR" pool, that is true, but not heated. It's mid August and the pool temp is freezing. The Continental breakfast on the juice dispenser only has apple and cranberry juice. There is a spot for orange juice. The labeling was switched to the other side of the machine on day 3 but orange juice was never added. Orange juice should be a staple for a Continental breakfast. The sausage patties were absolutely horrible. Need to change suppliers. The scrambled eggs were okay. The hotel states that they only change linens every 3 days unless upon request. On the morning of night 3 I requested my room to be serviced. The amenities were all replaced, however the bed was never made. A customer is paying for that service. I am not better than anyone else, but when your on vacation, and you put in a request on night 3 to have your bed linen changed and it does not happen. I'm not happy. The elevator at the one end is out of service as well. It was an inconvenience from where my room was located and had to walk to the other side of the building to go up a floor. I like the location of the hotel, I would like to stay here again this October. My minor complaints I feel should be addressed and to make a better overall experience for everyone.

A real dump. The AC in the halls was not working. The staff was rude. Only ONE elevator worked and the building is very large. The whole hotel had a strange smell I suspect if blavk mold and mildew. The room had not even been cleaned when they gave it too me! Never again and would never recommend if you was a pleasurable stay

This is the third buget motel that we have stayed in over the past week. Was there a special on beige paint?, everywhere seems to be painted in the same beige outdated drabby paint. Anyway apart from that the overall experience was average, pillows yet again could be up dated to this decade. Shower was good, room was clean, bed not too bad. Included breakfast... well that needs some work, by the time we got to breakfast at 8.15, one cooked baymarrie was empty, we finished off the last milk. Best place so far... now to the next place.

Convenient place to stay. Pool closed too early in my option and 2 elevators were broken. Other than that, the stay was great.

Dirty! As soon as you walk down the halls you know you made the wrong decision. Filthy doors. Walked into a stagnant smelly room with curtains tied in a knot. Bathroom had some kind of filth on the floor. Mattress pad had huge gross stain and ... bed bug feces. Parking lot had continuous shady activity . I left.

Well Worn but clean. Mattress was excellent. Thought breakfast was 6-10, not that I intended to have it, but it was closed when I left at 9a

It was a good place to rest while visiting friends for the weekend. Its an older building thats been renovated, but many aspects of the rooms remain outdated - doors, paint, ceiling/walls, little or no sound proofing. And double bed rooms are not queens like most - full beds make it difficult for two adults to rest easy. Heating/cooling system neds to be updated, bed closest blocks it from rest of the room and suffers with no way to adjust air flow. Overall, it was a clean hotel with basic needs being met.

This hotel close to airport is the only good thing. During my stay there was several large stain on the pull out couch mattress, wallpaper was peeling off, stain on the king bed sheets, and the worst thing of all No Hot Water during my stay. I can say this was easily the worst hotel experience i have stayed in my whole 39 years of living. I'll never go here again, Big waste of time

It was a great experience.

The room was very humid and smelled of mold. When we checked in, it was rushed because we were heading to an event, but when we got back the smell was overwhelming . The windows won’t open. So we tried to get another room, but the desk said they were filled.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Problem with our room - we had booked a king bed with sofa sleeper but when we checked in they only had a king bed room. Didn’t work for us since our adult son was with us. They accomodated us with a different room with two double beds. Not as comfortable but a resolution. Beds were fluffy and comfortable.

Rooms need to be updated - normal wear and tear, looked old, some of little things were missing(hook on the inside of the bathroom door). Breakfast was very basic, not much of a choices, barely anything…

I would never stay at this property again because of how dirty the property was.

Friendly staff, but the pullout bed came with no bedding, and I had to argue with the front desk to get sheets for it because they only wanted to give me a blanket. No pool towels, moldy shower, peeling ceilings, crumbs in the pullout, and I had to request bath towels because they only gave us two for three people. The front entrance is blocked off and some of the elevators are out of service. The hot breakfast was nice except for the broken juice machine.

Toilet seat was broken, toilet wasn’t attached to the floor, curtains were hanging dismantled, no ice in ANY of the ice machines. Trash everywhere inside and outside. Hallways looked like they haven’t been cleaned for ever. Sheets were clean and lady at the front was pleasant.

We weee given 2 towels and washcloths for 3 people on a 2 night and was told they didn’t have anymore. The pool was cold and filthy and towel bin was completely empty there also. Very poor service all around.
