I really enjoyed my 2-night stay here. Staff was very friendly, check-in was smooth and room was nice and clean. The building itself looks like it could be in need of an upgrade soon, but that did not take away from it feeling clean and safe. Within walking distance (10 minutes) from nearly all the areas in Lille, including the train station. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient, about 16 min walk from Lille Europe station and 10 min walk from Lille Flandres, and 15 min from Lille Grand Palais. Breakfast has a good variety of food, including cheese, brrad, pastry, yoghurt, etc. Staff are helpful and polite. However, the room lacks basic amenities like hot water flask, slippers, toiletries, cups, etc, though they are available at the hotel lobby. Some corners of the room have mould and were musty. The air conditioner was not cold enough (but this is understandable as it was about 25 to 28 deg C in the afternoon).

It was very hard getting a good night's rest due to the very poor sound insulation. We could hear doors closing (never mind slamming) not only on our floor, but the floors above and below as well. This was true of the main room door, but also internal doors, such as the toilet. Slamming doors added vibrations you could feel while in bed. Earplugs did not help. On the plus side, the breakfast is rather lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a real shame the infrastructure is so poor, as the location is also great.

Positives: Great price, amazing value for money. Breakfast included - very good breakfast and nice quality food. Decent hotel decor, and location very close to main town.
Negatives: A/C in the room didn’t work and window wouldn’t open so it was a bit stuffy. Reception staff was a bit odd - I was standing in queue but called the person behind me before me for some reason, maybe since the person looked local - so that was a bit odd and left me feeling quite dissatisfied. Ibis parking was full, overnight street parking is free, but through the day it’s not always possible to find spots. I parked in ‘Parking Republique’ next to the Bureau of Arts - which was convenient.

This is a clean and convenient hotel for Lille. The Eurostar station is walking distance and there is another station nearby if visiting other places which we used, very convenient for a short stay. The place is clean and the breakfast simple but good. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Very well located hotel, providing good value for money and convenience. Very nice breakfast area with a decent choice of items. Rooms are compct but clean. Staff were very friendly. We hired a car and parking was available nearby. There is a small car park at the hotel, but this fills up fast (no surprise as it’s much better value!) All in all a pleasant stay.

It was a good location, within easy walking distance to the centre. We were lucky to arrive in the evening and find a free parking spot nearby, not sure if there is parking at the hotel, we didn't see any. The beds were both at an angle, which made us feel like we were on a boat.

Very small rooms, but this is exactly the IBIS style. Being there on a conference or as a tourist, you don't need more. The breakfast is just hilarious. I had to leave for a train early (before the official start of breakfast), they even provided breakfast for me.
The doors have real keys, not the magnetic cards that need 5 to 6 swipes to open your room.

I was disapointed booking a hotel that has WIFI that did not work frustrating as this is a means to plan your trip and keep in touch with family and friends not even the computer near front desk worked!

This was a pleasant stay in a basic hotel. Bed was very comfortable but the room was small. Bathroom very small but clean and staff were excellent. Breakfast was also very good.
