I booked because it was a great deal, so I was prepared for it to be not so great. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and fresh, and my request for no servicing of the room during my stay was honored (I have had my room touched up when it didn't need it before so this was very nice. The only complaint I have was that the bed frame was some sort of metal thing that sort of looked like a bathtub, and made a noise sort of like rattling a large aluminum sheet when you moved around on the bed. Otherwise my stay was pleasant and uneventful.

Awful experience from beginning to a quick end. You check in through a window that gives shady off-track betting vibes, which was the best part of the experience. In and out of the room within five minutes, smell was terrible, beds were disgusting, bathroom couldn’t be walked in.

This definitely goes with the saying you pay for what you get. We just wanted somewhere to relax and sleep while traveling to FL and this hotel was not the right spot. We had to change rooms 3 times to finally get a room that had working lights and TV. The bed made a horrible sound while you just sat on it. Dead spider in the bathroom, and roaches. I did not feel comfortable taking a shower in this bathroom either. Once my husband and I finally decide to go to sleep we get a knock on our door. After the third time my husband gets up and it was the maintenance guy to make sure things were okay. I appreciate the concern, although, a phone would’ve been less scary at 1030 at night. I will say Linda at the front desk was trying her hardest to make it all right. She felt bad and tried her best to give us a decent nights rest. I feel she may have her hands tied with management though.

The room and bed weren't actually bad (Once inside). You could definitely tell this is where the tweakers live or hang around. Cheap hotel room do kind of expected. Only stayed here because it was right off the interstate and right by the boat ramp to Smith Lake. I won't stay again.

Poor lighting. No fan in bathroom. Ancient shower head. A/C was good. Parking lot was fine. Had reservations, but took attendant time to find it. Cell service was almost nil & I have 5G! No attendant in breakfast room. Limited breakfast offerings. Stay only if no place else, which is what happened to us!

the lady at the front desk was amazing and super sweet but the room not so much. the door didn’t latch all the way and it was missing a lock. there were stains all over the comforter, and writing all over the bathroom door. lamps were missing light bulbs, and the walk the door was on wasn’t sturdy at all. the room was trashed when we got there. wouldn’t recommend a stay longer than a night.

There were people in the pool area until 11:30 pm screaming. The mattress was on some kind of tin frame that made a booming noise every time you moved. There was a red substance on the wall. The hair dryer was dirty and falling off the wall. Someone banged on our door during the night. There seemed to be people living there.

It smells like weed INSIDE our room!!!! There are people that seem to be living here, families are loading up and leaving, pool closes at 9, bathroom is dirty, in a remote location (not near restaurants or stores), needs an update badly!

Some how I got booked for a smoking room and the desk helper did Actually independently look for another room (which was the best part she was as nice as she could be throughout the process) the room Ugh… someone was breaking into a car with a hanger as we pulled up. The room smelled like smoke from all the people outside the door. The bathroom door didn’t stay closed unless you pushed the door firm and locked it. There were holes behind the toilet that had not been fixed but painted over. The bedspread had cigarette burn holes in them. No manager onsite

It was well located for what we were there for. Breakfast was decent. The pool was usable. We were not harassed or anything like that. No one came to replace our towels or clean our room . Front desk kept the door locked outside of breakfast so it made you feel like it was unsafe..

The bed was OLD. The room was non smoking but everything smelled like tobacco, even the pillows and bedding. I couldn't take it. Had a lousy night sleep.
