It’s always pleasant when I stay I’ve been going to this hotel for several years and will continue to in the future.

Room was fine, just ok. Had to wait 30min at checkin, no one was there. I arrived right at checkin time - 3pm

VERY NICE WITH HUGE TV.CLEAN ROOMS AND BEDDING.

roaches in all three rooms. switched rooms 3 times. woke up with a backache from mattress. pushy, alarmist clerks with limited english skills, wires dangling from all lighting fixtures in hallways, workmen playing loud music in the halls, shattered glass in parking lot, filthy carpeting, heat/air conditioning inoperable; marijuana reek in all rooms;

Disgusting place!!! The outside looks amazing. The inside isnt finished being renovated. There was roaches in our rooms. Dead and alive. We got switched to other rooms but the rooms were worse than the first. Ended up leaving the hotel and going else where at 4:30 in the morning. Was fully refunded. The front desk staff didn't even care!

The most rundown, dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed at.

Absolutely horrible. Elevators are falling apart, hotel is unsanitary and the room was extremely hot and dirty.

Found this hotel on the app. Did not look bad from the photos. Upon checking in a female was in the lobby holding a tissue with something in it. I did not see or hear what she was talking about. In the meantime a man was there waiting on the cops because all of his stuff was missing from his room and it had been re rented. I finally got to check in and get room keys. As soon as i got into the elevator i thought i seen a bug. As walking down the hallway there were towels outside of a room. I looked down and there was about 6 roaches, i immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund. The manager on site said that he was sorry and I would be issued a refund. That was a lie. I am going to call the health department that place is inhumane. Ceiling tiles missing water stains in the hallway ceilings. A musty smell and roaches are infesting the whole building.

There was no elevator except for the service elevator ,also we was in a non smoking room but burn marks on the sheets and sink.The ice machines don't work the key card half work.

I wouldn't never come back

Nothing like the pictures. Old rundown no continental breakfast. Rooms smelled damp and like mold. Would not recommend.

The price was cheap. Close to AC and Brigantine. Hallways were dirty and need updating. Ice machines don’t work. Rooms weren’t terrible for the money. Shower was hot. AC worked well.

That was was crazy i will never be back i had to go to the front desk every time i left the room cuz the key would work hot as hell in the room the ac was from the 1950

Very dirty! I left right away

OK, so we check in go to the ice machine not one single ice machine in the whole hotel worked when we got in the air conditioning system didn’t work. I called the front desk. The front desk said I must go reset it on the other side of the hotel. I will do that so I waited a half an hour. They still didn’t work. I went downstairs. I asked him was there any ice machines he said no. I can’t get ice and I can’t get air in my room. It was so stuffy like 100° in the room Like go try it now I turned on the air conditioner tried it didn’t work. I called him. I said it doesn’t work when I was down at the desk in his face. I said if it doesn’t work, can you switch us rooms? He said yes go try it when I call down to the desk , he said there’s no more rooms they’re sold out. There’s nothing I could do. There’s no refunds something changes. I’ll let you know. I said I’m not gonna lay up here with no air conditioning in this room with no ventilation at 100°. He said well there’s nothing I can tell you if you don’t like it. You can go somewhere else. I said well I should at least get some of my money back…there no refunds , we cannot refund you!! were suffocating. We left early in the morning ever. How can you charge that much a night and not fix your ice machines or your conditioning systems The desk clerk was cocky, arrogant and rude

Place is not proper for a stay.

That was the most terrible place I have stayed at, I will never go back there again. Nobody should go there either

Dirty and service sucks

I've stayed at this property a few times in the past and i can honestly say they have put NO money, time or attention to this property. From nasty bathroom in the lobby to the non working elevators and scary service elevator. Mind you we had to change our room 3 times. The first room had bubbling mold in the tub, the second room was smelling and had no AC. The third room was the best but the toilet was working properly. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IT IS A HEALTH HAZZARD. Wyndham should be ashame to have there name affiliated with this property.

Complete death trap not to mention the homeless that sleep right out in the parking lot with the needles all over the ground. Stayed 12 hours and had to find a new hotel not suitable for anyone let alone my children. A/C not working flooded my carpet in the room the lobby had leaks all over using laundry carts to catch the water. Then the desk never answers phone for third party apps to negotiate refund. I have plenty of photos

I liked that the water was nice and hot to take showers. What I didn't. Like was the water pressure in a toilet was slow. You had to flush 3 × . Just a little piece of tissue . And the worst part of all was no air conditioning. The AC did not work. And they kept turing it on this way. It'll be on in half an hour and turn it the other way. The next day it'll be on in half an hour there was no ac. It was a sauna in there caused me to have an Asthma attack. I have to use my pump more than I supposed to use it because I didn't have my machine with me. The curtains in the room. When you look at the window, the window was dirty. The curtains was dirty. Unbelievable though they had to come upstairs and clean. The desk had to come upstairs and clean the refrigerator for me. So I could put my water and my medicine in. The TV. did not work The first night the maintenance man fix it. for one night the next night? The desk guy came up with 8 more controls and couldn't turning on or work it. Please don't recommend this hotel to anyone else. The elevator been broke for months. You have to use the service elevator.

I was totally disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The window was so fogged up that I had no view of anything.

Disgusting! The hotel itself is falling apart. It needs to be shut down. Very disappointed to have brought my family here. Mold in the showers . Water leaking from the ceilings in the hallways. The air conditioner was old and busted. The hotel is trapped in 1980 crack era.
