The pirce was unbeatable for the area and time of year

The place was "under renovation" but in the week that I stayed their no builder set foot on site. No breakfast was available. No turndown service was available and the few customers I saw during my stay were sketchy to say the least.

There were roaches. We couldn't even complete our stay. They said a refund would be given, but they are prolonging it. It sucks because my family and I loved our past stays here. Unfortunately, once we see a roach, that's it for us. Hoping I get my refund.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was more affordable than staying in Atlantic City and the area around the hotel was well developed. So provided easy access to places to shop and eat.

The hotel was clearly under renovation and/or struggling. The parking lot was deteriorated and not well maintained. The TV did not work in our first room. The A/C did not work in the room they switched us too. There was a mouse trap by the night stand and it advertised as having breakfast. There was no breakfast.

I wrote you yesterday that the person staying with you has been using my email address without permission so I am getting their emails. Therefore, since you did not respond to me, you get a poor rating for doing nothing about it.

The water was rusty the toilet sink and tub was stopped up dirty rusty whatever is coming out of the sink and the shower

the 1st room wasn’t clean so they moved me to another room. some random staff member walked into my room unannounced. also my key got deactivated 3 times and barely even worked on the doors. also the elevators were sketchy

Location and services

It was convenient with easy access to Cape May, Ocean City, Atlantic City & many other places.

The air conditioning system was not working properly so I wasn't able to sleep.
