Hotel is definitely showing signs of aging. All exterior doors. Problems with tv switching off. Had to call for service a couple of times. Toilet clogged, when called for repair they asked if WE needed a plunger. They brought us one and husband cleared clog. I’m sure if it had over run they would have said it was our fault. Our other room, tv would never go off. Lol they had to sleep with it all night also large hole in tub where water ran into. Guy at counter nice enough even though there seem to be a language barrier. Trouble understanding

The light over the sink was not working. They called an electrician, vut he told the management that the room would have to be empty because there's a short in the wall. My room was nice, but the outside looked like a dive. Some men were in the parking lot drinking and talking loud. They we're near my room. My friend left a night early because his wife wasn't going to stay there another night. We're both in the Rotary Club and were disappointed with the place. I didn't feel safe there u til I locked myself in my room. I think some people live there on a weekly or monthly basis. I do not recommend this Inn.

We checked in, went into the room and found dirt on the floor, bugs, and the smell of body odor like someone did not wear deodorant. We spoke to the front desk and asked to refund our money as we cannot stay in this hotel and we were told no.

I recently stayed at this motel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. While the front desk staff was friendly, the room itself was far from acceptable. Also, beware of pictures as what’s featured is the Comfort Inn next door.
Upon entering the bathroom, it was clear it hadn't been properly cleaned. I had to go to my car for Lysol wipes just to clean the toilet, which left visible dirt on the wipes. The corners of the shower were visibly dirty as well, and the pillowcase seemed unwashed, with strange spots on it. Overall, the room felt extremely outdated and in desperate need of upgrades and CLEANING.
I understand that this was the only option available at the time, but compared to other hotels in a similar price range, this one was far below standard. They shouldn’t even call themselves a hotel. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

This is a very rundown motel, When we checked in the room smelled horribly of pee. we had to buy some spray and a candle to combat the smell. The table and the floor had food all over them and the bedspread had something red all over it along with dirt. The phone and the smoke alarm never worked even after we addressed it with the management. The refrigerator didn't work but they did change it out. Furthermore the TV remote only worked if we took the batteries out and rubbed them in our hands. Someone was working on a dirt bike right below our room. and you could see daylight through the door. The only thing that worked was the AC. The breakfast was minimal with cereal some fruit and pastries (if you got there early enough) The only reason we stayed here at all was that there were no vacancies anywhere else. save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else..

I would avoid staying there. My room had no bathroom lights that worked as the light was part of the fan which was unbelievably loud. The refrigerator didn’t work even though it was plugged in. The air conditioner didn’t work well, it was either too hot or cold and noisy. The television worked well and had like 300 channels. The continental breakfast was okay, bagels, toast, pastries, cereal, fruit. From the other bad reviews it's obvious they don’t care about maintenance. These rooms are not that cheap so everything should work properly. The room was cleaned daily

The room was nasty, the shower had holes with mold in the ceiling, shower head was about to fall off, bugs crawling around, and holes on the wall with medical tape covering it. In the room beside us our friends found a dirty bandage in the shower. Horrible experience.

The room was not well maintained. The shower had a plastic shopping bag stuffed in a hole to plug it up. The air conditioner was so loud we had to adjust the TV volume every time it turned on.

On the first floor this time, view was of the parking lot but I booked late so that is on me. Last time 5 years ago we had a 2nd floor room and could see the mountains out the window.. Both times friendly staff clean rooms and breakfast wasn’t bad either. We enjoy coming here. Wagonwheel were we ate fives ago was closed. Found a good place to eat called Foot Hill. Check out was a breeze.

Didn't arrive until late night/early morning. Booked 2 rooms. The standard king room was satisfactory for the price. The 2nd room was king suite, wasn't aware it included a jet tub, that was an added bonus which was wonderful for the price. However, the tub wasn't able to be used as it had layers of grease or oil covering the tub. So if you are looking for a decent priced place to sleep in the area. I'd recommend booking.

Decent place. Easy check in, staff was nice, outside was clean. Inside could use some better overall cleaning. Mirrors were gross but bathtub shower and toilet were clean. Outdated gross couch in suite, extremely loud jacuzzi with very little power but does work. Nothing to cry or complain about for price. Location was convenient to town, gas station , mc Donald’s and hospital next door.

I checked in after 10:00 pm, and the gentleman at the front desk was great to work with. However, once I was in my room, it smelled as if a chain smoker occupied it before me, even though a sign in the room clearly said, "This is a NON-SMOKING room."
I tried calling the front desk to let them know, but the phone in the room didn't work. I was too tired to report the odor in person, so I dealt with it.
The following morning, I tried reporting the odor in person at the front desk, but no one was there, and no one answered the bell despite my ringing it multiple times and waiting several minutes for someone to show up.
So, to summarize...
I give the night staff high marks.
The room was clean, but the lingering smoke odor was awful.
I have no idea where the morning staff were, but one would think that someone would be available to answer guest questions.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Handicapped parking was very minimal, and the location of the handicapped spots made one of the two spots impossible to use unless you have a very small car.

Property is in a good location, room did not have adequate bath items, wash cloths for two people. Room was next to ice machines, noisy. Parking lot too small for number of rooms. Breakfast was basically non-existing.
