Pleasant staff, comfortable bed in a lovely room, delicious breakfast, great location despite the adjacent taller buildings
4.3
Great location and staff Bit dated but excellent value Would come back to stay again
4.3
Good location, 'ancient' luxury; unfortunately sea view blocked by a higher building

Good location

It is in a great spot for walking around. Close to the town square and is surrounded by shops and dining. Excellent location

When we arrived at the property we were informed that they had overbooked and we were sent to another hotel close by. The quality of the other hotel was not to the same standard as Hotel Vittoria. We had really looked forward to our 2 nights there and were disappointed in the overbooking. The staff offered us a few hours in the spa as compensation which we did not want.

Great location, property is a little tired. Needs an update especially the gym.

Beautiful and classy

The hotel is very nice near the sea and city center. Lots of near by restaurants. Bed linens are fabulous!
Nice breakfast.
4.3
Location, price, breakfast and customer service excellent. A little outdated and bed too firm for my liking. Overall very good stay and will return.

Beautiful”old” small hotel

This hotel was very nice and right on the sea. The breakfast buffet was excellent!
4.3
Only stayed 2 nights and only had breakfast once but staff super friendly and the room was large and very clean overlooking the sea
4.3
Very helpful and kind staff. The hotel needs some updates. An example would be the (probably) circa 2000 bath/shower Jacuzzi in-room. Most people would probably prefer a larger shower and, if you have mobility issues, it is dangerous to get in and out of the high tub.

I loved this hotel! We had a room on the deluxe floor (3) so it was very spacious, and had a huge mirror. I really enjoyed the decor throughout the hotel. But the view from our room was stunning and the location was great. Plenty of food and restaurants close by. The WiFi was reliable and you could connect multiple devices. The hotel doesn’t have a deal with any of the umbrella owners for the beach so you need to pay for an umbrella each day. Had most of the basic amenities, but no kettle for teas/coffees or iron.

For the price I paid, can’t really complain, but the hotel needs a complete update on refurbishment, staying at the hotel takes you back in time of at least 30 years ago.The hotel is very clean though and the service is friendly.Location is very good with fresh sea air coming directly through the bedroom windows, was very refreshing.Would I stay again, for the same price yes,I paid 214 pound sterling for a triple suite.

Great location for both the beach and the historic centre. Wonderful staff. Large comfortable room. The upgrade was very much appreciated. Great biking route along the sea. ur second visit and we’ll return in the future.

We stayed at theVittoria for 4 nights in November. This was a great hotel! The hotel had a large lobby area to sit and relax. Also the room was a great size. (318 with sea view). The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice too. The staff were always helpful including the front desk personnel and the buffet staff. It had a fitness room that I used but could use some updates exercise machines. Too cold to use outside pool but it looked nice.

The name “Grand” was inappropriate. Very modest hotel In need of total renovation to live up to its location.

Wonderful stay in a great city with perfect weather and great food!

Was moved from Grand Hotel Vittoria (5 star) to another hotel in the same hotel group 4 star Hotel Savoy, (do not imagen that that "Savoy" had anything in common with the other Savoy´s of the world, old but no patina, shabby, no charm, bad smell, receptionist not manage to perform a wake up-call) because of another guest "having trouble with his car so he can not leave the hotel", I was told...
Had not gotten any pre info, was informed by the staff at Grand Hotell Vittoria when I turned up for check in. Only compensation I was given at shabby Hotel Savoy was the usual poor Italian breakfast.
So, hotel group - https://www.viphotels.it/ - you should take much better care of your guests if you: 1-want them back, 2-want them to recommend anyone to use your hotels or facilities, 3-stay in business.

Great location but this hotel is dark and drab. We were on the ground floor and our shutters did not open. We had to keep the lights on to see. The breakfast was mediocre at best and it was often hard to locate a staff person to order a coffee outside of regular meal times. The front desk staff was good though and the outside of the hotel is beautiful.
4.3
Unplanned one night stay. Very nice stylish hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the facilities and location. Great value.

Property is a beautiful historic Hotel in a fabulous location in the middle of town. Many restaurants and things to do in walking distance, but does not have bike rentals. It is noisy at night because of gatherings in the park out front- if that bothers you. Parking was easy. We had the attic room with 4 single beds, and it was very dark & had a musty unusual smell. If you have allergies beware the heavy fabrics & drapery feel old and dusty. The bathroom was huge for Italy and was well lit, but overall the room was disappointing and needs refreshing- the lobby feels historic yet fresh. We stayed in town to visit friends who live in Pesero and they were shocked at the room condition because they thought it would be a lovely place.
4.3
Stately, older but well maintained hotel. Hotel room was very comfortable and the common room near the front desk was lovely. Well located near old part of Pesaro and close to the Adriatic. Would definitely stay there again.
4.3
The hotel has a lovely 19th Century feel. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very competent. It's in a fantastic location, near the beach with beautiful sea views and not far from the historic town centre where there are excellent museums.

Nice, old-fashioned hotel, very helpful staff, great area.

Nice comfortable hotel with old world charm. Great base for beaches and nearby range of restaurants. Clean small indoor pool - watch out for hidden sunken steps. Friendly staff. Room information packs need an update. Good coffee available nearby ( no tea/coffee making facilities in room ). Parking on side of street with permit obtained from hotel. Overall good base for exploring a great region of Italy.
4.3
Very poor breakfast and expensive. Lovely room with lots of storage. Great location, beach across road and historic town only 7min walk lots to see.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Vittoria in Pesaro and would be very happy to stay there again. The rather faded elegance of the surroundings is more than compensated for by the friendliness and willingness to please of the various staff members. The de luxe room was large and comfortable although the air conditioning packed up halfway through our stay and was never fixed. The hotel could do with adding a few touches like room refreshments such as a kettle and an iron but on the whole has an appealing charm and comfort.
4.3
Lovely walkable area for beach and restaurants.
Pool nice and breakfast really good. Nearby restaurants were OK for family meals and sea refreshing.

Bathroom - we had to change rooms as the bath was far too high for my husband to step in and out. Tv not working when we arrived in 2nd room. Out of date and not able to watch the Olympics except on one channel. Replacement of bathroom accessories not kept up to date. Very comfortable room otherwise and convenient. Sauna facilities lacking a decent shower and no changing area. Pool good but loungers not comfortable. Good lounge and pleasant dining room. Junior staff not attentive to detail, our tea tray was still in place on our return late in the evening. ~Would still book this hotel on a return visit as it was relaxing and well positioned.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It has always been an excellent experience. However, this time I felt the air conditioner was not on in the dining room and all common rooms of the hotel. There were scarce waiters by the pool and bar. My room had a poor quality air conditioner and I had to ask for more towels and bathroom supplies every day. I love the fact that the hotel is near the beach. This year I would rate it a four star not a five star hotel.

good old fashioned hotel without any pretension....and NO MUZAK - how rare is that these days?

This is a gorgeous hotel with truly excellent service. Most beautiful too we stayed in on our 10 day trip to Italy. Quiet rooms with air conditioning and beautiful lighting and wood floors. Just gorgeous. My only issue with the hotel was that I was charged for every little amenity. Need a each towel? Two Euros. Want to ride a bike? 5 Euros. Want breakfast? 10 Euros. If you have the money to stay at this hotel (at its regular non-discounted price) then you have the money for all the petty charges. If you are bargain hunting on Hotels.com and you see hotel like this one that is normally $500 Euros per night but on sale for $120 Euros a night, you could potentially be disappointed with all the additional charges. Truly wonderful hotel if you are willing to splurge and you accept the little charges here and there. When in Pesaro, try the local Sangiovese wine. We had a lovely seafood pasta at nearby restaurant, El Cid, with this local wine. Just perfect!
