The person checking us in didn't seem to be very happy to be there. They're doing some remodeling, which may offer some improvements down the road. We found cockroaches in the room, one of which appeared to have been lying dead on the windowsill for some time, which makes me doubt anyone had been in to clean recently. Next time I'm in the area I'll be staying elsewhere.

My room was very clean and well furnished. All the staff were friendly and considerate. There was construction occuring but I was made well aware of that before checking in and there wasnt any negative impacts or more noise than at any hotel. My only disappointment is there was only a walk in shower no bathtub. Unless that matters to you, excellent room.

Very close to airport and near the take off point. Lots of noise from planes taking off. Feels like an apartment instead of a hotel. Good for temporary stay.

well half of the building was under construction that we were staying in. A good portion of the parking lot in the back was full of construction equipment and messy. Room was really small. It was clean and newly remodeled so that was nice. but having half of the floor we were staying on under construction and messy was disappointing.

I wasn't able to check in until 3;45am, getting a late check out would have seemed obvious. Yet it wasnt, Not wanting to continue arguing I closed my door.
In the end, i was charged $59.00 for an arguement. no very friendly.

Great location so close to the airport. Modern reception area and rooms, very comfy bed. Wish they had a bar or some wine to purchase as their location ia not close to any shopping and we did not have a car.

Check in was great & fast, room was not how pics showed also hotel is under major renovation and if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have stayed but I made the best of my 2 nights since it was already paid for. But wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay again. Kinda not worth the price tbh

I recently stayed in room 273 at the hotel closest to SJC, and let me tell you, the soundproofing is non-existent. It was one of the loudest nights I’ve ever experienced, especially around 5 a.m. when the noise really kicked in. Every plane, car, and noise from outside seemed to echo through the room. If you plan to sleep before your flight go elsewhere.

I like that the hotel is next door to fantastic Burger King restaurant as well as a gas station with a stocked convenience store. Didn’t like the airplane noises in the room that were waking me . That’s one of those Catch 22’s, I guess. They had some remodeling going on and workers banging and stomping directly upstairs as well as in the room to the right of us that actually sprung a leak that poured into our bathroom just before my shower. It was unfortunately loud and happened to be the worst on the morning that we had the bandwidth to sleep in. The breakfast and eating areas were immaculately kept. The breakfast sausage, potatoes, and eggs with salsa on side was very tasty. The good points about our stay, generally out weighted the bad. Once the remodeling is done, I would definitely try it again.

Do not stay at this hotel!
It’s old, dingy, the people next-door use their water and the pipes scream and wake you up! The AC hardly gets the room cool if at all. And after checking in at 1 AM in the morning, out at the power would be out all the next morning up until check out. This was not disclosed upon check-in. There was a note left in the room which stated plan accordingly“. I’m here for business. I wasn’t able to shower wasn’t able to dry my hair, I had a very important meeting and that’s the reason I got a hotel in the first place place to sleep place to shower and a place to get ready for work the next morning. Just ridiculous! No resolution when speaking to the people at the front desk.

The property was doing upgrades during our stay and they woke us up around early 8am with power wash equipment blasting at our windows. We did locate a letter in an unaddressed envelope on our desk that stated they were renovating and apologized, but we were totally unaware. This happened on our sleep-in day unfortunately we got little rest during this trip.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice and both time we have enjoyed our stay. Close to the airport and easy access to the freeway.

There was hair all over and inside our bed and bathroom. And I mean all over. Like the room wasn’t cleaned at all.

A typical hotel in an industrial area. It's big selling point is that it's close to the airport and cheap. Good for a one night stay to catch an early flight. Room lighting is weird, either really bright or not at all. Bathroom has a self closing door which make the bathroom feel like a prison cell. You get what you pay for so if price is your primary concern this is an option.

Nice and clean place. However the breakfast was unfortunately not good at all. Hash browns were all hard. French toast and eggs did not taste well at all and had weird texture to them.
