This was one of the dirtiest hotels that we've ever stayed at. There were hairs all over the sheets. The bathroom floor was wet. The cups in our room were used. The front desk staff was very pleasant.

The accommodations were wonderful.

I stayed here on a Sunday night when I was visiting people in the area. I chose it because of the discounted price, the location and the pool. I checked in before I went visiting & saw there was a party going on in their outdoor pool. I’ve never seen that before but I was hoping to get a dip in the pool in the morning. When I got to the room, I could see the floor was wet so I took that as a sign that it was clean (albeit hazardous). I didn’t check for cleanliness as thoroughly as I should have. Because by midnight when I returned, I discovered that the bathroom was filthy.

Service: 1/5 stars due to being DISCRIMINATED against. Room: 1/5 stars I stayed there with my family over the weekend but unfortunately did not have a good experience. The towels and sheets were stained due to not being properly washed. The room had spider webs and food stains on the night stand. What most concerned me about the room was that one of the window locks was broken and so was the second lock on the main door which made us feel unsafe throughout the night. However, we were willing to make the best of our time there but that was ruined once we went to the bar to get some drinks. As a soon as we walked in to the bar the white lady who I was told is always bartending, approached us and started loudly saying “no food” while signaling with her hand and also said “no Spanish”. She then proceeded to laugh until we started speaking and she realized we of course spoke English. It was obvious the type of person that she is not to mention how inappropriate and unprofessional her behavior was. I will not be returning here for future vacations.

Hotel was very good. Staff was excellent at handeling our late check in. Access to the hotel was poor. Very narrow bumby road that was poorly lit at night. The hotel deserves better signage and better access road.

We had a lovely room. I messaged the facility to let them know we would be about two hours later than the check in time I'd registered, and was met with a very quick reply to "have a safe drive and [our] room would be ready when we arrived". The front desk attendant was lovely. Our room was very spacious and clean. My only issue was that we were located right beside the ice/snack concession section, and the walls were apparently quite thin as we could hear the loud clunk of ice as people were filling what I can only assume were coolers! Also, any conversations outside of the room and in that area could be heard loud and clear. The road into the hotel is a bit disconcerting - not well maintained with lots of bumps/ruts, and we questioned if we were in the right location. This isn't something with the hotel, however, just a commentary to be aware when driving in - it wouldn't keep us from returning. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay with a nice breakfast included - just ask for a room away from the ice/snack concession.

The Coffee maker was broken and the refrigerator wasn't cold enough other then that it was nice.

Quiet very clean amazing space. The not so nice part about it was that I booked a room suite for three people and there was only two bath towels. I went to the front desk to ask for Extra towels and I was told there was none. I was in shock. Closet space there was none. Bathroom was nice but very small.

The hotel location was convenient for us. I received an email asking to pre check in and if I had a special request. We were a family of four, I made sure to ask for extra towels, when we arrived to our room, there were only two towels. Had to go back to the front desk and request more towels. There were also wedding guests that were extremely loud at the lobby when we arrived, I couldn’t hear the

I never write reviews but feel compelled to warn against booking this place. This hotel is old and poorly maintained. The tile on the bathroom ceiling fell down suddenly when we turned the light on. When I asked for more towels, (there were no hand towels and only two others—there were three of us in the room) they were pleasant and accommodated. However, we needed shampoo (they didn’t have conditioner) and all they brought me were dried out packets that must have been years old. You could feel there was no liquid in them, only a section of crusty something. Totally gross. When I asked for real shampoo she said they were waiting to be restocked. The woman sure didn’t care. And the breakfast was simply inedible. I have no idea how the reviews were good. I never would have booked if I knew all this.

Great property

Average hotel. Nice room! Comfortable bed! I did notice that there was no elevator...not a problem for me but some familes had to make a few trips up and down the stairs to get their stuff to the 2nd level

The room was clean and very spacious. The bathroom is a little small and they only gave two towels and wash clothes but we were able to get more. The driveway is a little awkward to get to but you just have to pay attention to where to turn. The staff, especially Kenya, was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The guest across from our suite was blasting music and yelling after 10pm Us being understanding of the fact that it is summer and Saturday was taken into consideration however after 11:20pm and you have Adults yellowing and blasting music when we have children that been out and are tired we went to front desk where they we dealing with a situation in the parking lot. We were told someone will address our concerns however 12:40 AM I had to put towels under the suite doors. I did inform the Hotel clerk on check out about the incident and was told there was a bikers group staying at hotel this is not an excuse to give a paying customer . We will not be staying at this hotel in future

Short stop over with late arrival and early leaving. Person working the front desk was cheerful and friendly considering I arrived at 2am! Room was clean and comfortable - though a bit humid, likely due to the weather, so I would have appreciated the AC being on. Breakfast was good too - nice to see ‘real food’ not just yogurt fruit and granola bars. I would stay here again.

Over all nicely remodeled hotel conveniently located to shopping and interstate highway
