There was a cockroach in the microwave, crumbs and dust on the counter, and random tools in the bathroom.

The moment we walk into the hotel, the staff had an attitude towards us. Not a welcoming feeling. One of the staff members who was a female, was giving too much attitude, saying negative things

Room service not everyday

The mattress was too soft and gave us both back aches. Our room was supposed to be handicapped accessible but there was barely room for my scooter to get between the bed and dresser.

I did not stay so I did not experience breakfast.

I arrived and got my key card. Had a pleasant check-in experience. I went up to the room and had great difficulty getting my key card to work. My room was right next to the elevator and a couple waiting for the elevator who had seen me struggling to get my key card to work told me their key card would not work so they were going down to the front desk to complain. Eventually my key card worked. When I opened the door, I saw the room was very occupied already. Not only was it occupied, it was a mess and looked like someone was living there. It was full of cigarette smoke, as was the hallway. I went down to the front desk to say I could not stay. I did not feel safe. The front desk attendant half-heartedly apologized but seemed annoyed with me for not wanting to stay. Once she knew I was not staying, she was not friendly. Additionally, as soon as I walked in, I noticed the lobby was very clean, though there was a very strong scent of Fabreeze. I have asthma and Fabreeze is not friendly to people with asthma. What odor are they trying to cover? Just strange. Everything looked so clean, I can't imagine why they need that much Fabreeze. I will neve stay in this hotel.
