The hotel is decent but the elevator was out of order so you had to lug your luggage up stairs and landscapers were blowing leaves and mowing at 8:30 am on a Saturday. Maybe do it on a weekday when people have to get up.

The beds and shower were just perfect. The location isnt great, we didnt expect it to be in poor area. The smelling of pot was strong and it was everywhere in the hallway. 2nd night, the hallway and our room had sewer smell. It was awful! We were disappointed the pool was closed for the season then we found out the hot tub was broken.

Just a stop over for me & a friend. Rooms are dated but it was cheap & clean. Shower was good & bed was very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast as we left at 5.30am.

Missing shampoo. Bed was uncomfortable. You could hear the neighbors alarm and voices. Toilet seat would not close. Noisy heater unit.

The carpets everywhere are dirty and nauseabonds... They should be changed. The beds are comfortables and the place is not so bad

Arrived at night. Walked into check in with only 1 person working. Also walked in to intense smells of cigarettes and weed. Received our room key and proceeded into a room where the smell of dirt/mold/ and something I have never smelt welcomed us. Checked the bed. No mattress cover and behind the bed was tons of dust and hair. The bathroom door was rotting from bottom and there was pink mold in corners of bath tub. Went back to reception she showed me another room and it was the same. We check out immediately. Get to our car and there is a drug deal going on in car next to us. A child was being told he owed the dealer money. Anyway sped away in disgust! Went on Expedia and chatted with a rep. She called the hotel and the same receptionist said we never checked out. So I called the receptionist and she remembered we did. What a mess! This place should be condemned

I did not like all the noise in the hallways . Kids running around. People were very loud . Felt like people were hanging around socializing in and around the rooms . Also some people coming in and out of hotel . Shady characters.

Our room looked nice as you walked in, but it was dirty, had not been vacuumed, accumulated dust throughout the room, the bathroom was dirty (left over soap in the shower from another customer), doors and door knobs filthy, mirrors not clean, ac unit dirty along with window sill. Some homeless folks staying there. The maids were unfriendly, as you could see them walking out of the laundry room/supply closet with their dirty dishes from the continental breakfast that they ate from. Front lobby staff were very professional and nice. Lots of people hanging out, outside and just didn’t feel completely safe.

The hotel was fine for what I needed on short notice for a business meeting. It was close to the office, a straight drive off I-84 from MA to CT, and relatively inexpensive. Usually all I need is a cot and hot water, as well as a room on a top floor that is not located near children and the elevator as a majority of my meetings require me to be on site before the sun even rises. Sadly, my requests were not met and I was stuck on the first floor next to crying baby and three or so doors down from the elevator. I eventually asked for another room when the baby wouldn't stop crying for 3 hours straight and the kind admin at the front desk fulfilled my request without hesitating. The room was a bit run down and had a funky odor. The hallway was also cluttered with other guests' trash and dirty sheets etc. Overall, I got what I paid for. On another note, the two front desk employees who worked the overnight shifts were very very nice and I give them 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned and I asked and was told I had to make a request to have it cleaned. The smell was gross entering the building. Would not stay at the BW again

On the third day the wash cloths were taken and not replaced. Bed not made any day. Car parked next to us on Friday night had all 4 wheels stolen. We went to car Saturday morning as police were leaving the area. Sketchy looking. Located next to large cannabis shop.

The mattress was either from the last century or a morbidly obese person sat on its edge for days on end. My back has never felt worse upon waking from the crevice left by past guests. The bathroom has zero ventilation causing moisture to condense on all surfaces, and a toilet that leaked into the corner. The halls smelled like weed.

WE were attending a wedding; it was a great spot for us. Room was great and we were able to rest very comfortably.

The staff are very nice and deserve to work at a better hotel. Hotel has bed bugs. Stayed ONE night and slept from 11pm to 8:30am. Woke up with itchy bites all over. I had 8 bedbug bites. The room smelled like cat urine intensely. Sleep in your car if you have an emergency book, as I had. I wish I would have known. Now I’m dealing with how to handle my luggage so my house doesn’t get infested.

Just a couple of small things. The lamp desk did not work (the problem was the outlet) and for some reason after the first day there was no dial tone on the phone. I let them know about that. They were very nice.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was clean but the bathroom was disgusting . I found hair balls on the tub, hair strands in the towels and urine marks on the toilet seat.

I enjoyed my stay at the back of the hotel. Very quiet at the end of corridor. I actually slept much better at this hotel than I did at the Sheraton in Rocky Hill, CT for two nights. My issue with this hotel was that the water temperature in the shower was very traumatic. It fluctuated constantly from near freezing to boiling hot every two seconds. It was very difficult to take a shower under those conditions. I was too tired after moving to make a complaint and just wanted sleep, to work the next morning. I got the best sleep ever in that room though.
