No toilet paper I'm my room, the soap and shampoo empty, only 3 towels in my room and no towels in the pool I spoke with front desk and was told towels will be there shortly I waited1hr with multiple people wanting towels and they never came out we air dried people slipping in lobby from being wet and walking through the lobby .I will give that place a chance again only if was FREE.

Good overall experience, our room was very clean and comfortable.
I would recommend management to have more pool towels available, as there were times where there were none available and had to back to the room for a towel.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and SOOOO comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I loved the soap, shampoo and lotion they had in the bathroom to use. My 16 yr. old grandson loved the couch that made into a bed.
We will stay there again and I am really looking forward to it!

Rooms are not as clean our comforters has stains, our stay was for 4 and we only had enough towels for 2… I also slipped and feel inside the tub of how slippery it is..

The tub water did not go down. Took an entire night for it to finally drain. The tv light did not work well. The tv lighting kept changing brightness. The hall ways were hot as if no ac was on. But overall, average rating because it was in a convenient location. Room 237

Property was nice. Refrigerator never got very cold. They brought another and same problem. Once we moved it out of the cabinet it was in, it stayed cold because the compressor stopped over heating. Very nice pool!

The pictures of this hotel online make it look a lot nicer and newer than it is!! You can tell it’s a retro fitted hotel! Some still looks a little old. The pool is nice though!! And the cookies were stale. Area is near everything but it’s still kinda eh.

Room smelled like wet carpet and mildew. The carpet was a little moist. We already settled down and didn't want to get another room. The smell stayed for the whole 3 nights we were there. We had to open the windows and turn on the AC to try to learn the smell. We also didn't have enough towels for a family of 4. There were only 2 towels and the rest was hands towels. Other than that, our stay was nice. The best part of our stay was the pool! The pool area opened early and closed late. The water temperature was warm and pool was clean.

When we first arrived, I was a bit skeptical because it seemed to be in a bad part of town. The area is not great but the hotel itself was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I spoke to multiple staff members during our trip and they were all great. The room was nothing fancy but comfortable and clean so no complaints at all.

During my recent stay, I booked a room with a pull-out sofa, but unfortunately, all such rooms were occupied upon arrival. This was particularly disappointing as I was traveling with my child, and she had no designated place to sleep. Additionally, the dining options were limited. On a positive note, the staff was really friendly and accommodating. However, given the overall experience, I wouldn't stay at this price point again, nor would I go out of my way to stay here in the future.

When checking in the lobby is very clean and nice. When I checked in my room the Ac did not work. Exsausted after a long day at Knottsberry Farm we had to wait for maintenance to remove our ac unit and replace it with another. Then a cockroach came through bottom of our door soon after arriving. Not the experience there I was hoping for

I was very unhappy with the service we waiting in line to check in over 30 minutes and come to find out I couldn’t use my card to pay the deposit he say we don’t take that care here and I said I pay my room with it and it was fine. Well you can use whatever card online but here I don’t take it he was rude I have a visa debit card and I went across the street and they took my card no problem I taped and pay

Don't be fool with the name , Hotel is worth 3 /10, unfriendly and rude front desk staff , the Ast. Manager "Tommy" checked us in and was very rude. On asking to check us in he said, rooms are not ready and don't know when they will be ready. Can be 4 or 5pm or even later. We waited more than 1 hr to get a room. Gave us room, toilet was not flushing, tub was not draining. Maintenance came fixed it, same thing again next day. My husband keep fixing it everyday. The walls are so thin could hear the next door ppl.
