Staff was friendly and helpful. I needed to get tickets for the Louvre, and couldn’t get it to work on my computer. The guy at the front desk took care of making the reservation and printed out our tickets. They were great! Breakfast was delicious, and cleaning staff was super friendly.

Great hotel in good quiet location

The staff at the front desk were the best. They were so
helpful and kind. I can remember some of the names;
Lucie, Anaelle, Massi, Victoria etc... Nothing was too much
trouble for them. They insisted on showing us how to take
a bus so that we do not spend too much money taking
taxis. The hotel also provided free drinks daily in our room,
plus a free bar near the reception area from 2.00pm. The
free bar has food such as a daily fresh pie, nuts, cookies, apples, etc..plus tea, coffee and cold drinks. It is a very
generous hotel. We will certainly stay there again on our
next trip to Paris. The location is also great, with many
restaurants on the same street, and Gallery Lafayette,
Opera Garnier a few minutes walking distance.

The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations! Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The hotel staff were really lovely and the hotel itself was just really nice overall. The little extras like complimentary mini bar, afternoon snacks, and macarons at check-in were added bonuses! The bed was very comfortable too and the shower was amazing. Fantastic water pressure!

One of the BEST hotels I stayed at in my world travels. Honestly the location, food, cleanliness, and the check-in staff are amazing. They only reason for the three stars for Staff and Service was the breakfast staff weren’t the friendliest people. Several times had issues with them.

It’s in one of the best locations! The staff is top notch! The rooms are brand new and nicely done theme wise. They have a nice pool and fitness area. They have a nice breakfast. The only thing I recommend is use a vpn when using the WiFi or some of your apps won’t work.

A great hotel, with great helpful staff, in a great area walkable to many areas of Paris. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Breakfast was really good and the snacks during the day was a nice touch. I would totally stay there again if and when I return to Paris.

Located in the city center, you can reach Lafayette in 5-10 min. There are many restaurant choices around the hotel. My triple room is spacious with deposit safe box. The breakfast is good with many choice.

We stayed at the Astra Opera and it was excellent! The staff were absolutely wonderful, very kind and helpful, especially Massi! The hotel is so prestine, rooms are beautiful, modern, spacious, great closet space, loved the rainfall shower and amenities were great. The tea and coffee machine we loved in the main floor, the buffet had many options and from late afternoon to late night there was a candy/snack bar with so many treats. The pool and sauna were great felt very relaxing and well kept. Location is excellent, walking distance to everything and its in a smaller street where its bit quiet, off a main road. Highly recommend, I cant wait to go back here!

The location is absolutely amazing. It is in the middle of everything. I felt safe walking at night as a solo female traveler. They let me check in around 930am after a full day of traveling which was great for me as I was able to shower and nap before my activities began. The pool and sauna were useful although I only used on the 1st day as my days became more hectic. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

We experienced top-notch service and a great welcome at check-in. The hotel was well-kept and clean. I appreciate the complimentary snacks and drinks..raised the bar exceptionally. The room was nicely appointed including the amenities. I liked the private toilet closet. The ham man and pool area was also a plus. Though I was disappointed that the dry sauna was not working during our stay with no advanced notice. This was a rare occasion that I specifically chose a hotel based on the spa amenities because my daughter and I had been traveling for two weeks and were starting to feel under the weather and stuffy and wanted to have both steam and dry heat. The steam room was available so all was not lost. I’d stay here again.

This hotel was an absolute pleasure for my wife and I on our anniversary trip. The staff was so warm and friendly to us and gave us helpful information when we needed it. I felt at home during our stay and wish we could've stayed longer. When we return to Paris in the future, I will definitely be looking up this company to stay at one of their hotels again. Absolutely lovely!!
