The hotel is so beautiful. You literally can't ask for better. The staff are so sweet. They go above and beyond to help. They helped me with everything. I was lost and they sent a taxi to get me and so many other things. Everyone smiles and greets you like you are family. The rooftop restaurant and the food delish. The ambience is precious. You get the best views of the sunset. They also have a spa and massages. It's my favorite hotel in all of my Italian trip. I am forever grateful

A gem of a hotel. Staff were friendly and amazing. Room super comfortable. Bathroom impeccably clean. Beds and pillows lovely. Breakfast and dinner on the roof terrace were a delight. Wonderfully located. Why only ‘complaint’ being a parent is that the windows in the bedroom open fully and would be easy for a child to lean out. Windows opening restriction would make this hotel perfect for us.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Turin Palace. Perfect location, right across from train station and within walking distance of activities, good restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome by leaving us fresh fruit and soft drinks/water in the room! We had aperativo on the rooftop terrace and it was delicious and a great atmosphere. Beds were comfortable, shower was really good, loved the views from the 5th floor. The breakfast was incredible, the biggest selection of breakfast foods I have ever seen in any European hotel. The only things I could complain about were 1) the ironing board they let me borrow was so flimsy it broke the moment I placed the iron on it and 2) the first night the hotel air conditioning broke and it was quite warm in the room. They fixed it within a matter of a couple hours, though. These are minor inconveniences and didn’t detract from our experience at all. One thing to note - there is a jacuzzi but anyone under age 16 can’t use it - I wish it said this on the website or we wouldn’t have bothered bringing bathing suits. Overall, I would stay here again - we had a great time and everyone was so good to us!

Lovely rooms- fabulous breakfast buffet- great staff. Close to the train station, and though the rooms were very quiet there is a slight rumble of trains that takes a minute to get used to- but 11/10

The staff was exceptionally helpful with restaurant recommendations and taxi reservations. The room was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The outdoor space is amazing and the rooftop terrace one of the best I've ever experienced. Quality property and exceptional staff. I will definitely return.

This was a very nice, elegant hotel with a very convenient location. Very close to the train station, yet not a "train station hotel." Felt very comfortable and safe, while everyone on the staff was very friendly. The rooms and the public spaces were elegant, clean, and spacious. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised and would stay here again!

Lovely rooms. Top notch staff. Perfectly executed historic building in an historic area with every modern convenience. Very quiet rooms- much appreciated when recovering from jet lag. Great location and the rooftop terrace was amazing.

Beautiful property and very large suites. Bathroom was particularly spacious; however, the shower bath combo made getting out of the shower precarious for older people. Also some wasted space in the suite on hallway space instead of a sitting area. Overall a very nice room though. Hotel is centrally located but unfortunately vagrants sleeping right outside the door.

Came from wonderful sister Hotel Spadari in Milan. Beautifully styled hotel in prime location directly across from train station with very helpful, cheerful staff. Comfortable bed with the softest sheets & definitely the best beautifully presented breakfast in the prettiest eating room of 6 weeks of Italy travel. Room & bthrm large, TUB!! free minibar. Rooftop bar looks at Matterhorn! Took one star off (nothing to do with hotel but) shame on Turin City for not being more proactive around train station/shopping areas about maintaining street cleanliness. THAT IS WHAT CITY TAX IS FOR, not your pockets!! If you want more foreign currency/ tourist dollars?? CLEAN UP YOUR ACT! Again, nothing to do with Turin Palace Hotel

Simply the BEST service in all of Turin, from the concierge to the waitstaff and all in between. Amazing Rooftop lounge and great breakfast buffet included with stay. Highly Recommended.
