Room I had was a King with a couch. Room was clean and washroom was clean. Bed was comfortable and slept well. The shower temperature was good.

Asked to get a ground floor room for my aging mother and was told that the room was more but was able to get for the same price. Had a slight issue with the lights by the bed but that was rectified immediately.

Staff were so cheerful and so happy to help out when I had enquiries. They sent someone immediately to help me sort out the air conditioning. I was unfamiliar with how it worked and felt very sheepish when I realized it was just fine. They were very generous with their help and truly wanted our stay to be perfect. Lovely area to sit outside and take in nature or have a meal with a bbq, picnic tables and a place to play horseshoes. Highly recommend it. Close to all major roads. Very family friendly.

Room was recently updated, but bathroom faucet is too short. You flood the counter quickly as you wash your hands and bang them on the sink

Easy parking, convenient location as the highway is close by. Check in was easy and staff were friendly. Dine in area for breakfast was small for the amount of people the hotel holds. Food options for breakfast were very basic and limited. Food options around the property were great and within walking distance. The toilet wasn't steady while sitting on it (confirmed it was the toilet itself versus the seat). There was still hair in the shower from the previous occupants. Dust was on the bed headboard and the bed frame was squeaky anytime you moved. There was food droppings under the desk from the previous occupants. This was brought to the front desk attention post check-out.

They accept pets. And on ground level was great with outdoor access patio doors to the grassy areas and tables. Great stay and decent continental breakfast.

Great hotel. This was my second stay and I’d definitely come back. Room was great. Parking was good with a truck that just fit. 2” lift. This underground garage accepts anything up to 6’4. The beds were a bit springy. And the main door stuck badly if you didn’t really pull it to shut properly. Otherwise. Great stay. Would recommend.
