Dirty all around

As I said in my last review, the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF...

If I could give less than a star, I would!!! I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE

I have traveled a lot working in the past two years and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Place is dirty. Trash and graffiti outside. The restaurant is actually closed. Pool is closed. Staff was rude when I checked in. The room was decent (only reason why I stayed). Ppl fighting next door and just hanging all of the place. It looks like a hotel that the city probably use as a shelter on occassion (it just gives that type of vibe just as the ppl that is just hanging out). Feels a little unsafe.

Overall experience was good. Service was great. Room appearance was ok, paint was peeling or cracked in some spots which was unattractive. Pool was closed whole time which was ugh. Great dining areas nearby, really loved First Watch for breakfast.

The person at the front desk in the afternoon / evening was very friendly. There were some guests that made me keep aware of surroundings. The room itself was clean and towels stocked. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. The "dresser" was questionable, the tub / shower could have been a little more organized and straighten. Overall I am okay with the stay.

because their wifi was down they would take only cash which did not have. I tolerate them I'd give then the. card data or even last the hold the card and they refused leaving my life and I out on the street. Completely annoying and unprofessional

I enjoyed my stay in fact I am still here I have no complaints the staff are friendly I enjoyed everything and will stay over again

The young lady who works the front desk is a doll! I enjoyed most of my interactions with her and, even though I know we worked every nerve she has in her body, she never stopped smiling and being polite. I greatly appreciate that.

I booked my stay with Hotels.com a few months ago. I had never heard of the place but not much was available for the weekend of August 10-11, 2024. When I arrived it was around 8:30 pm and was scared to get out of my car. Once I got the nerve to exit my car, I entered the hotel and checked in. The first room 214 had a few issues so I went back to the desk. I then was given 117 and it was on the ground floor. When I entered, their was towels behind the bathroom door. The ice machine was broken too. When I woke up through the night I was very itchy. I pulled back the covers to find bed bugs on the sheets. I will be contacting my doctor and getting lice shampoo as well. I took a lot of photos and will be calling the health department to have this place investigated. Yuck Yuck Yuck. Don't ever stay here. I do NOT believe they have a housekeeping department either. You are better off sleeping in your car! THIS PLACE GETS ZERO STARS!

It is a great place for the price. Hot shower and a clean bathroom. Cable TV And a comfortable bed. Its just a older building. Im a middle class guy and it was great for me. Room service came in and did a awesome job. They didn't bother personal items. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Richmond.

Older hotel but was great for my overnight stay. Quiet area with restaurants near by. Staff was courteous and friendly at checking in.

They would not allow my uncle to check in with the Expedia, reservation and the. Charged them a different rate even though they had a reservation. They wouldn’t honor the rate that was booked on online. And now they are refusing to return the money that they received from the reservation that was made online. They got paid 2x. From the online reservation and from my Uncle paying for his stay. Ridiculous!!!! Horrible people that take advantage of people. Will never recommend this place to anyone

The gusset under me was very loud at night they were fighting in the room and asking for money

Room was clean. Staff was excellent. TV had limited service with analog channels. Grounds and facade of rooms and buildings need a serious makeover. Noticed there once was a pool. But, you get what you pay for. Probably rate will go up drastically once owners decide to refurbish the whole motel.
