The room was clean, the shower was powerful, hot and modern. Our king bed was comfortable, the couch and chairs were not - stiff and uncomfortable. Desk chair sloped down. So no good place to sit other than on the bed. Our big disappointment was finding the hotel under construction with pool and gym closed. Had we known in advance, we would have booked elsewhere. We did find a YMCA and paid $25 to use their gym and pool.

I was staying here while helping my family move to the local area. Hotel is nice but is under construction. Several facilities like the pool were not available. But that didn't really affect me. The hotel was very nice and the service was top notch.

The hotel seems to be in deteriorating condition. I did see piles of building materials outside in the lot so guessing they may soon start adddressing some of that. The room had very dated old furnishings and peeling wall paper. The staff were good though and I had a decent stay. I overpaid to stay there due to the season.

We got the newly renovated room. Nothing much they can do about it now but I wish the bathroom was bigger, they separated it into two spaces with the sink outside. The shower and toilet side was very small with nowhere to put stuff down or anything to hold onto, not very old person friendly, but that is the way they designed it. The beds were great

Front desk helpful 2x during my stay. The breakfast was nice. I was nourished before getting on the road.
The room was comfortable and the tv and internet worked w/o a hitch. I also liked the blackout blinds.
I would stay again if I can capture a good rate.

It was a nice, clean place to stay for a night. The hotel itself is under construction because they are updating everything but it didn't interfere with our stay.

The facility is not new, but clean, quiet and being updated, but the real asset is a staff that is totally friendly, efficient and helpful. (also the free breakfast is excellent).

When the barking dog left on Sat I could sleep. I never did figure out the shower in my Handicap room…oh well…I cleaned up the water…the bed needs to Be replaced….other that that: Okay stay!! Bfast was nice…but when I got there there were no forks…

no coffee at 9:00 a.m. (both canisters empty), juice machine labeled broken-no juice, egg tray empty, bacon tray empty, pancake batter empty, no cinnamon rolls available (tray empty). No forks, had to be requested. After waiting for food to be restocked, there was still no coffee ready. one toaster available with a long line because everyone waiting was hoping to toast bread which was available. we ate our "free breakfast" one item at a time as it became available with no beverage.
Room was dated and equipped for a handicapped person (not noted in my confirmation). Cost of stay was excessive for what was offered.
Would not recommend, will not use this chain again.

Have never stayed at a Holiday Inn before, but I would again after this experience. Clean room that had everything I needed, and close by to the heated pool & fitness room. Also, possibly the best Continental breakfast I've ever seen. Had pretty much all the basics you could want. Staff was super friendly during check-in and then again during breakfast and check-out. Thanks gang!

Hotel under renovations. We stayed in an updated room and it was very nice. Only thing was the sink is outside the bathroom but no big problem. Furniture all new and updated. Good selection at breakfast. Quiet even though it is in a commercial area. Near end of dead end Street so no loud traffic. No noise from the construction going on. Pool area ok fitness center and even a laundry room available. Staff manager was very nice. Comfortable beds.

We would have liked to use the pool but the pool room was very warm and steamy and the water was hot, not very refreshing. We did enjoy the breakfast buffet! The room was great and the location of the hotel was very convenient.

The room was in poor condition. The rugs were all stained not very clean. The bathtub did not drain very well. Had to shut off water and wait for water to drain it was so bad. The sink was also the same way.

Great staff. The hotel is going through renovations on each floor. My Room was not properly vacuumed and sheets on bed were not properly placed making the bed appear used.

Even during a major remodel, the open areas of the property were clean and well cared for. The master disruption was kept at a minimum. The noise was also minimal.

The property was under construction & we weren't told before booking. Do to the construction it was noisy early in the am. The wifi was down so the tv didn't work for most of our stay. The room was old & smelly.
