Adequate for a 1 night stay. Clean mostly quiet. Easy check in. Would stay again

The location was convenient for us, and the staff welcoming. Breakfast was included and was ok. The room and public areas were not as clean as I would have liked (i.e. trash behind the nightstand, a hairbrush left on the floor, etc.). The bathroom was clean though.

We stay here every time in town and never had a problem

Dining staff especially friendly, well trained and excellent. Thre were no negatives about our stay in any area.

Reserved a specific room they gave me a different one. Wouldn't acknowledge the price difference

I did have a sliding door option in the room and upper floor has balconies. You could probably park some chairs outside of your sliding door on the main floor. Would have liked a screen as i had a pet and would have kept her from getting out but it was nice anyways. Options for morning meal are plentiful would have appreciated another hot item and cocoa in the room. The coffee makers in the room couldnt figure out how to use them. So i didnt. Seems silly that instructions would need to be left for a coffee machine but that was necessary. Didnt try there abutting restaurant but there is one in the building, big plus and there are a lot of restaurants around the area. The pool sounded good but didnt get over there. Wifi password given but didnt work on the website for me. Huge bonus they receive cats yay!!! I had booked another hotel first across the way that listed pets but didnt take cats so i wouldnt have even been to this hotel if it werent for their pet policy being that way. the rooms shower faucet was not entirely in the wall. The room had a very weird smell in it when i got there. Someone was smoking pot close by and i could smell that in the room. I could hear things out in hallway but not next door to my room which is a plus. So overall quiet for rooms next to each other.

The property itself and the lady who checked us in were good. When we started to walk to our room we noticed a smoke smell. We got to our room and it started out okay but then for the rest of the night there was a smoke smell. I was sick all night!

Breakfast buffet was perfect with great choices. The pool, for a heated pool, was quite chilly. It would have been nice if the restaurant attached had better hours

When I checked in and was assigned my room, there was already someone in the room when I opened the door. TV never worked at all. I did not feel safe,and there were people drinking beer outside my first floor sliding door at 315 am. I will not stay there again.

Front desk person was v nice & when I asked for quietest room available, he provided me with a room that was indeed v quiet. The restaurant attached to the hotel is v popular & parking was a bit limited until the restaurant closed. Close to shopping/fast food places. Hotel provided list of nearby restaurants, many of which delivered to hotel. Breakfast above average with fried eggs, sausage, egg/chorizo burritos plus waffles, pancakes, cereal, etc. Coffee/tea available 24/7. Coffee machine made capaccinos--a nice bonus. Some nice parks nearby for walking. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful trip, beds were very comfortable and coontinental breakfast offered lots of choices.

The desk service was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and the buffet breakfast. The breakfast service was excellent. The reason for the low rating is the condition of the guest room. It was extremely musty and the carpet was damp. It made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. We were on the first floor. If I stay there again, I’ll request a second floor room.

Staff was very welcoming upon checking in. Breakfast was amazing. A must if staying here. Location excellent Room was standard but comfortable, bathroom huge and clean. Only issue was with the in room coffee pot. Went to make coffee and the pot/filter still had grounds in it.

Great pet friendly hotel!!! This hotel has accomodating fur babies done to a science! They have a designated area of rooms for guest with pets. It was easy access coming in and out of the hotel with your dog/fur babies. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and again with or without my pet companions.

Just average. Motel 6ish for $200 a night

We had a lot of biting mosquitos in our room and it smelled like cigarettes. We were traveling with our dog and they put us in a room next to another dog who barked a lot. There was a group of men having some sort of golf meetup there and the trashcans were overfollowing with trash and beercans. The TVs were programmed wrong and you couldn't actually get NBC on the TV. It was CBS instead. And the CBS channel was also CBS. So no watching the Olympics live which was a huge bummer for us.

Not bad for an older property. However, we were there for three nights and didn't get any housekeeping. We were told they would get to the room after the 2nd night, but that didn't happen.

Had an overnight stay here as a part of a trip through New England. My room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and pleasant. I stayed at other best westerns in surrounding states as a part of this trip and this BW in Keene was the nicest stay I had in regards to cleanliness and comfort. No issues to report and I would stay here again without a second thought.

Is a nice hotel for one night stay while passing through. I had a beautiful indoor pool that we really enjoyed.

Lots of space to walk our dog. The gym was not very well equipped at all. The one strength machine was barely functional. The ACs were also functioning but not efficient at humidity control . Very limited TV options . Would have been nice to have had a smart TV and more USB charging ports

We have stayed here previously and it's always a one night stop over place for us.... check-in was great...very friendly staff...lady taking care of breakfast was very nice as well..... property is looking a little outdated and tired....

Toilet was not flushing

Best free breakfast i’ve had at any hotel hands down. The place overall was okay, not as nice as pictured but it was still so comfortable, the pool was really nice and like i said the breakfast was actually so great. i will be booking with best western plus again for sure.

The reception staff were so nice and efficient and helpful. Comfortable clean beds. Great breakfast

Great place to stay

Bedsheets stained, loud road traffic, very outdated and tiny rooms. The door to the bathroom hardly fit by the toilet to close. Would not recommend this place. Should have paid the extra $150 to stay at Marriott

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was great. Coffee available at all times. I would stay there again.

Spent two nights and room was large although I only spent time sleeping there. Cleaning staff pleasant and loved the ‘free’ breakfast …. the lady working there was excellent, sorry didn’t get her name but you should be proud of her as your employee
