poorly maintained ,air conditioner didnt work .

We stayed at this property for 4 nights to be close to our family but I would rather have taken an Uber every day and avoid this hotel. The A/C was not working and beware when they tell you it’ll be fixed soon because it’s a flat out lie. Not only were the rooms not very clean with little amenities, the staff didn’t do much to compensate for the lack of A/C. They only offered us fans which didn’t do much

No bar or evening meals available at the weekend when we stayed poor maid service, had to go looking for her to get clean towels and she didn't bother cleaning the room. Reception staff very good and very helpful.

Close to the tube. Area is a bit rundown. The hotel does not look attractive from the outside but the interior is nice and so is the breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful.

A perfect place to stay if you are attending the Philharmonic! Great location for the concerts and very close to the Metro. The front desk was a big help to us and she couldn't be more charming!

I stayed here last year and this year because it is across from the new concert hall. This is not tourist Paris and hardly anyone speaks English. Very convenient for me and safe to come back safely after the concerts.

Good location when attending events at Zénith. Unfortunately the hotel is a bit run down. Bathroom needs renovation. Bed was comfortable enough. Air con did not work properly, very hot at night

There were a lot of homeless people around the property and on the streets, as well as a disgusting amount of trash and poop, and just overall unclean.

Bad service. The only person helpful was Rafik. Bad behavior of Emanuel! Very mean. Rooms are not clean and they have a policy as Emanuel said cleaning once every 3 days!!!!

Convenient hotel, close to the metro and Guard de Nord station.
Nice and quiet. I slept very well the two night I stayed there.
The breakfast was lovely, great produce!
The mini gym could do with an upgrade, two of the machines weren’t working. The staff were really helpful. I recommend staying there.

Nice property room was nice and fairly clean.
The area around the hotel was dirty
We asked for an iron 4 times and the guy on the desk was not polite about it said it’s in a room and he can’t go and get it. Wasn’t very helpful. We had to go out in un ironed clothes.
Also the phone in the room for reception did not work which was not good

At breakfast i was asked to sign for payment. I informed them i already prepaid. She insisted and said it was just for her procedure. At check out i asked about this and was told there was no charge. The person at the counter took payment from my deposit. and only after i requested provided me with a detailed bill. The extra charge was indeed added to the bill. So i was lied to twice even after specifically asking. Then a refund was promised only after providing my bank and personal information. This all seems very suspicious and untrustworthy. I doubt my refund will be sent. And can only hope that my information will not be abused.

OK hotel. Nice location directly next to La Villette and right by the metro. Fitness room and bathroom installations were not entirely well maintained. Breakfast was a bit boring (no vegetables, special dishes or the like).

The hotel advertised the restaurant and bar as available facilities, but that was false. The restaurant and bar is closed. This was frustrating because this is one of the reasons why people like me reserve hotels with restaurants and bars so we dont have to go far to sit and relax.
The gym was not a gym. The gym is located underneath a stairwell. Couple of treadmills, dumbbell rack, and bikes thats it.
The biggest frustration was the restaurant and bar was not available. If its not available, then stop advertising that it is just to get customers.

The hotel has some rooms that are renovated, and some that are not. I was in one of the old rooms and it was noticeable. The bed was very hard, the decor was very old and the air condition was stuck on “very warm” so I had to turn it off.

It is located in a very shady area of town. Room was quiet and comfortable enough for a quick stop before heading to aitport.

You need to fix the water heating system on room 705. The water temp was ok but all of the sudden water gets lava hot and for 2 seconds and ice cold water comes out for 2 seconds right after that. And it repeats every single minute...

stayed for 3 nights, the tea, coffee and PAPER cups never got replenished. the room was for 3 people but was only catered for 2. staff not very friendly, breakfast cold. the good thing about it was the location to the zenith where we had gone to see George Ezra

Location was excellent.
Premises and facilities were awesome.
However the reception staff are not only rude, unprofessional and condescending.
I am surprised the Mercure Hotel Group are not informed by the eastern european / russian staff who mends the reception and the breakfast venue hosting at on level 10.
They are rude, not only to me but to all guests i was watching.
We dont feel welcome each time we walk in the lobby nor when we have breakfast
