Property so-so. Staff told Expedia they would credit me 2 days, as I had to leave early for a family issue, and they never did take it off my credit card. Not the cleanest or safest; breakfast "Meh".

The staff was incredibly nice and super helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and made sure everything was great. This is a hidden gym for sure.

The outdoor swimming pool is not available and very small, but advertise like it’s ready. It is misleading. They also advertise that there is indoor swimming pool, but it isn’t. They need to be honest in their advertisements!! In addition, the toilet can’t be flushed down well

The staff is very helpful. The rooms are comfortable. They are working on upgrading the rooms. The price is good. It's not many places where you can spend a night for less than $100 these days.

Smoke alarm kept going off. Had to change rooms after I had showered and was ready for bed. Room smelled like old cigarettes. But the staff was very friendly and changed my room quickly.

The room itself was nice and clean. The exterior of the building was run down.

Looks nothing like pictures on internet. Toliet had no water to flush, door wouldn’t lock, room was filthy and bathroom lights wouldn’t work.

It was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Was okay for the two nights we were there.

I have absolutely love my stay me and my wife will be staying there again sometime in the very near future

They left open beer in our room I thought I got it all but no my 2 year old found a open beer beside other refrigerator and had it up to his mouth I went to the office and told what happened and they didn’t seem concerned at all I will never stay there again

I felt for the price point the room should have been upgraded and clean. The room had dirty carpet that made me leery to walk on without shoes. I could have stayed at a less expensive hotel for what I got staying here.

Rooms are super out dated, holes in the walls, doors need replaced from being kicked in before. Floor was gross and the keys don't work because the readers need new battery's. I guess I shouldn't have expected so much for $80 but still..

I checked out a day early because my work shut down for the weather and I never got refunded for the last night that paid for!!! I called twice and got the run around from the front desk. I would not recommend staying here

This place was more of an extended stay. I would not recommend this place at all. Shower didn’t work. Just not clean at all.

Staff was great and room was clean. Property is in process of being renovated and I stayed in a room that had not yet been renovated. Shower was handicapped style with lots of room. I hope that this stays the same after the renovation. The rest of the room is really in need of new carpet and ceiling had water damage from a previous leak. For the price I paid I am not really complaining. Just stating facts but the bedding was clean and towels were too. I just needed a place to sleep. The pool was under renovation too so not open. Hopefully next year that will all be fixed. I would stay again was convenient for my needs.

Excellent prices for the quality ! A bit noisy with kids running upstairs all night. Great location with dining and shopping options.

Staff was courteous and efficient. They cheerfully accommodated my request for an early check-in and had my key in hand in minutes. The room overall was fine. Only suggestions are that a) the exterior door needs weatherstripping and b) the toilet should be replaced with a taller one. It is pretty low for my nearly 60 year old knees. The exterior door was not really a concern this time of year, but I suspect there would be a draft in winter. Overall, though, I am extremely satisfied with my stay. Thanks!

I was extremely disappointed with the staff and the room. Last night we were woken up by a baby o'possum in the freaking room!! It was by the room phone so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk for help. I had to call 5 or 6 times until someone answered, it wasn't even that late! Maybe 9:30 or 10pm at the latest! The guy who works the front desk was no help, we waited on him for quite a long time but he still never showed up. Luckily I was able to trap it in the trash can and barricaded it with pieces of cardboard and the full trash bag from the other can in the bathroom then I had to hurry next door to RedRoofs dumpster to toss the opossum in there with the trash. When I got back to Days Inn and went to the front desk, his only question was did I get a picture!!! The last thing on my mind was getting close enough to a wild and dangerous animal regardless of it being small, and without any protective gear, to take a dang picture! He couldve ran the cameras back to see me struggling to get it to stay in the trash can all the way to RedRoofs dumpster. I was able to get him to switch us rooms but it wasn't the same type of room nor did he offer any discounts or a refund which should've been the first thing he said!! I expect a refund from Expedia since that's how I made and paid for my reservation!!

Check in was fast and efficient. The desk staff was courteous and helpful. The property was clean, but minor wear and tear was noted. Overall, I am pleased with the hotel.

Upon arrival, opened hotel room door and room was not made up or cleaned from previous guests. They moved us to another room. Ok but you could tell no deep cleaning or general wipe downs in quite some time. Took lukewarm showers and did not have daily clean towels.

The people running the hotel were very nice BUT the hotel is in very bad condition! The door lock didn't work so we had to get the front desk attendant to open the door with the master key anytime we left and needed back in. The hairdryer and light above the bathroom sink didn't work. The toilet was dirty. There is no cleaning service. I needed toilet paper and we had no towels and I was told I had to go the the front desk myself to get them!
