Clean & comfortable! Very nice staff.

This was our second time staying at this hotel this year, and we had a much better experience. Last time the hallways and our room stunk...so much that we had to go get febreeze. But they have been cleaning the carpets and the smells are better. They also fixed the ice machine!

Hotel was fine. But tv was going in and out.

Had a great time. It was only a few minutes from Cedar Point. Room was quiet, clean, and very nice. Definitely will stay here again.

Was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. Appeared to be newly remodeled. Front desk lady was very nice. Just booked again for our next visit to Cedar Point in a few weeks.

Excellent location for doing things like Cedar Point amusement park. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, Angel especially, was friendly, welcoming and helpful. And there were signs of pets being eaten in Sandusky either!

We have stayed here before and it is always nice. It would be nice if they had more light in the rooms. Ours only had two lamps and as someone with low vision extra lights would have helped. The room was big and spacious- there was room for a couch or a table and chairs to sit and eat at! Check in and out was quick and easy and the staff is so helpful. Breakfast was always hot and kept full.

I love this hotel and it pains me to write this... but I have bug bites all over my body. I didn't actually SEE any bugs in the room but I am covered in bites.

Awesome experience staying at this property. Super friendly staff. Great breakfast. Love the outdoor fire place and the quietness of the neighborhood. The building is a bit old and the carpets may need shampooing but overall, it was a comfortable stay.

This was a great hotel for a quick one night stay so that we could go to Cedar Point the next day. They have a nice pool and fire pit area. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and there’s a delicious Mexican restaurant right across the street.

I was optimistic based on prior reviews but should have trusted my gut. . . Upon arrival there was another guest asking for a refund and leaving. I should have followed her lead. When we got to the room it smelled like mildew and was damp. After a day at the park I went straight for the shower. The water was hot and pressure was good but within minutes I was standing in inches of water. The shower curtain was dirty and stained. The beds were terrible. They were so worn you could feel a dip where people have slept. I have NEVER had a hotel bed this bad. The AC was noisy and sounded like a muffled helicopter. Staff wasn't rude but they weren't necessarily friendly. When checking out the next morning and asked about my stay I expressed concerns and there was no apology or empathy offered at all just a "I'll let maintaince know". I don't often write reviews or say this but I will not return here.

Didn't like that I had to walk outside all the way from the back to go get breakfast. We are in our 80's, if it had been bad weather this would not have worked well.

Staff friendly and helpful, pool was heated and very clean, nice fire area to sit around outside, just an overall nice setting.

Shower needs plastic shower liner And the housekeepers need to switch the ac to a normal temperature. I walked into 60 degrees and my brother walked into 50 degrees. Other than that, my stay was very pleseant.

My company had a picnic at cedar point, the location is good and everything was pretty clean

All of it was great! Breakfast was tasty. Perfect location with lots of amenities nearby. Staff were fantastic.

Great location

The hotel isn't new, but seems to be well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast can be overcrowded at times, and the wait for do-it-yourself waffles can take awhile. But there's several other options and they're filling and good. Overall it's one of the better hotels we've experienced.

Very clean hotel! I was shocked by how pristine it was for a chain hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The cable didn’t work in my room, but I didn’t bother asking for a new room or to have someone fix it since I was traveling with my dog. Very pet friendly!!! They even gave him a treat at check-in. Would stay here again!

I might be used to getting ripped off but for the price I paid I feel like this is an amazing value!! Rooms are huge , some if not all have in room jacuzzi's, not high class but perfect for Cedar Point goers

Nice hotel for the price. You can tell it's an older property and needs a bit of sprucing up. There was a youth baseball team there when we stayed and they over took the pool/fire pit area. It would have been nice to enjoy but the kids were being very loud and rowdy so we left. I know it's not the hotels fault people don't watch their kids. The breakfast was decent for a hotel. Overall I would stay again for the price and being 5 minutes from Cedar Point.

The property was well maintained. Pool and fire pit area were fun for those that enjoyed. Breakfast wasn’t the best but wasn’t terrible. Room was clean and decent beds. Staff was very helpful and checked in my text.

The staff was amazing. The room not so because the previous guest has smoked in the room. They couldn't move me. They did everything they can to rectify the issue. They even ran an ozone machine in the room for 4 hrs. As a result they gave bonus points and 1 night off my stay and I thankful for support.
